Cold Stone Creamery

While Cold Stone is always good, the staff was friendly and I received my order correctly... This location is SO much more expensive than other locations. The Winter Garden location was about $2 less cheaper per item. The rent here must be high to charge this much more than others. My fiance and I were excited for this location to open, only to be discouraged to come because of the prices.

Service was fast and friendly. Can’t go wrong with the ice cream.

Ice cream was great and all but the service was above and beyond. The staff was really friendly and the dude who made my ice cream was so helpful and friendly shout out to you bro u deserve a raise.

I love the ice cream here, a bit expensive. They will roll it with different stuff in it, like cookie, sprinkles, caramel, and peanut butter cups. 3 sizes cups.

Great ice cream. When doing families they should be doing their order together. There were 4 of us & by the time the 4th one was done, the first & second ice cream was melted. We also asked it to go.

Went in Friday night and had an amazing experience. Very friendly crew, the ice cream tacos were so good!!!

Wanted to give a 1 star but doing 3 because of Elian. What a wonderful employee. Focused, dedicated and not allowing distractions even when they were very busy. However, Chelsea was extremely distracted by 4 boys from her school. She skipped over me in line and assisted them when I had been waiting for a long time. When you have a long line, please go in order regardless of the heavy attention you are receiving from your classmates.

Our first time visiting this place was a bit too confusing,probably for people going more often could be good but not for us, I believe the person who served us was in training,start saying no you can't get that with attitude, but immediately jump in another girl and we get what we were asking for

Service was fast, staff friendly ...but....... the foreign object found in my food was an unexpected gross surprise. It appears to be some kind of paper that was huge!!! when unfolded. I will be contacting the store for a refund. This is totally unacceptable, how did this pass quality control, I'm glad I discovered this before sharing with my child. If I were from this area I would not return here.
*update* called the store, manager Chris was very helpful, he refunded the transaction and stated staff was in-serviced to prevent this from happening in the future.
