It’s my first time being in Florida my hotel room hasn’t good fridge so after I order my ice cream, I asked the lady for just a cup with ice I was thirsty. Florida is hot please and she’s like freeze. She kept looking at me for a few seconds she said oh I’m sorry I can’t all I ask is just cup of ice, I mean this is ice cream place that was so rude I’m disappointed …?

I like watching them add toppings to my ice cream while churning it all on the frozen granite stone. They have many choices for toppings like candy, fruits, and nuts. They also sell cakes which you can place an order for for any occasion.As soon as you hit the door the smell of ice cream rushes your nose. I love that smell. Takes me back to happy times as a child.

This review is Jay. He took the time to explain all the flavors to my daughter, who was unsure what she wanted. He let her sample each one that she was interested in while other staff members were helping other customers (who were also great by the way). In my opinion ice cream is ice cream but this experience stood out because of this employees willingness to take time with customers. Unfortunately we won't be back in Orlando for a while but when we return will definitely visit cold stone cream again .
The person who attended us was very dismissive, he is a young Latino who is at 4pm today, Saturday, Oct. 8. My wife and I always come to this cold stone. Like him we are Latin and we tried to communicate in English with him and in an unpleasant way he spoke to my wife saying that she did not understand what was ordered. In the end she sold us an ice cream that was not what we wanted. That's very bad!
9/19/23 - staff was very helpful - gave me info on how to get missing points added to my account. As usual, I've cream was yummy!

This place is horrible and disgusting. I witnessed horrific homophobia between the manager, owner and an employee. The employee was fired PUBLICLY for being lgbtq !!!! I can literally not believe this - this is repulsive!! I’m going to tell everyone I know and make sure this is known by everyone I know. I can not believe this happened

Not as many flavors as other coldstone and most importantly customer service needs improvement. Their only saving grace is the young guy, he is customer oriented unlike the other employees there.
