Cowboy Chicken

What a great find! My husband and I stopped in for dinner, the food was great and the staff were truly exceptional for a casual counter order style restaurant. The cashier had a great personality and was really patient as my husband was making his menu decisions.
The Manager Bolton made his rounds to check on all of the guests that were dining in to make sure they were satisfied. Just a really good vibe in there and a great crew of people sincerely providing great service to their customers.

First visit and it was so good!! The food was hot, homemade, and full of flavor. The staff brought your food, took your dishes and asked how our meal was. It was a sincere ask. The dining area was spotless clean. I had chicken, sweet potatoes and Mexican corn. A definite repeat visit to this restaurant!

It was our first time it won't be our last. The food was excellent from the chicken to the sides everything was executed perfectly. The star of the show was the banana pudding!

Great location with many other food and entertainment in the immediate area. My chicken was kinda dry and bland and I was not given any sauce, although they have sauces. I should've received the signature sauce at the very least. The peach Cobbler is decent.

Not the best brisket I've had but definitely worth a return visit. We liked everything except the Mac and cheese. For BBQ I'd give it a solid 7/10.

I was excited to see this restaurant closer to home. I love the one in Dallas. Food was fresh, hot and flavorful. Hubby didn’t like the brisket, but everything else was great. The service was on point, staff was friendly and even checked up on us. Will be back, best rotisserie chicken!

Cowboy Chicken absolutely delivers. The rotisserie chicken is incredibly juicy with that slow-roasted flavor you can actually taste, and watching it spin on the live open rotisserie just adds to the experience. The crunchy chicken strips are perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender inside—and the hot honey is next-level, striking that perfect balance of sweet heat. The sides are just as impressive and clearly not an afterthought, rounding out the meal perfectly. And don’t skip the jalapeño lemonade—refreshing with just the right kick. Great food, great atmosphere, and an all-around standout spot. 🌶️🍗🍯

Food was good, service was great. Definitely will be back. Shoutout to Bolton for providing top tier customer service from the moment we came in until the moment we left.

We stopped in for some lunch and I was excited! I ordered the Tinga bowl which was very filling and flavorful. I added their Cowboy Hot Sauce to it which kicked it up a notch! The wife got the beef brisket plate with mashed potatoes and rancho beans. Everything was tasty but there wasnt much brisket. We also got sides of okra and the double baked potato bites. The okra was on point but there wasn't much in the single serving size. The DBP bites was more like mashed potatoes mixed with hash browns. Ehh. They have beer on tap at great prices. $4 a pint all day and a $3 pints for happy hour 4-6pm.

Bolton, the manager, is PHENOMENAL!! This was our first time at this restaurant and from the moment we opened the door we were warmly greeted and thoroughly informed about their menu. Bolton made great food suggestions and treated us with five star service, no doubt. Side note: the strawberry lemonade is excellent! Our entire dinner conversation was centered around Bolton and his wonderful attitude and customer service.
