I came for the first time to see what people were saying about it being a family-friendly and delicious place, but it wasn't like that at all, and even the service wasn't great or what I expected. Thanks for everything, but next time I come to Florida, I won't be going there again.

THIS CRACKER BARREL
The food was nothing short of exceptional every dish was expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can tell the chefs take great pride in their craft.
What truly set this experience apart, though, was our server. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the evening unforgettable.

Everything was great but when you took down all the antiques hanging from the ceiling you took away the charm of Cracker Barrel. When you made the place look all modern and tidy and opened the walls that were once full of advertisements and old containers, you again took away the charm. Put it back the way it used to be as it felt like walking into my home. There was a wonderful charm back then but now it feels to modern and sterilized.

This was our first time at a remodeled Cracker Barrel, and we loved it! The new paint was clean and the new furnishings were comfortable. Upon entry we were seated without a wait and our server Tao was very friendly. Tao walked us through menus options with care and ensured our food was delivered hot and perfectly cooked. Our experience at Cracker Barrel was positive and we will be back!

Cracker Barrel breakfasts are always the best!! Our server John was the nicest young man we ever met - very helpful and such a sweet personality. I wish we'd thought to make a picture! No idea what we spent since my children paid for the meal.

My husband and I just left this Cracker Barrel. This is the first time we’ve been back since all the “new changes”
The food was just ok at best and the new atmosphere feels like everywhere else now.
My husband is a war veteran and I asked if they had the 10% military discount (which they have always offered) she followed up with “Well are you a reward member?”
The new rule is you need to sign up with Cracker Barrel before they will give veterans their measly 10% discount that they deserve for fighting for our country. Seems like a new way to make it super inconvenient not offer the discount anymore. This is not the same Cracker Barrel.
You can keep your new Cracker Barrel. We won’t be back!
