Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Got great deals for our new great grandson for his July 4th outfit. Husband’s meal was ok. My chicken n dumplings were terrible!! Half of it I could not eat - tasted and looked like they had scraped the bottom of the pot! Dumplings all stuck together and so thick the middle was like raw dough! I usually order the same meal when eating there. But this was terrible!! Our waiter was great! Love the peach iced tea!!!

This was not the standard we are used to from Cracker Barrel. We ordered delivery. Which was .5 miles away from our hotel. Our food was cold. My steak was ordered medium rare, not medium, and it was under seasoned. Our biscuits weren't fresh. Only one grape jelly was sent for two orders. Needless to say, we didn't enjoy our breakfat. This is not a deal breaker for Cracker Barrel, just this location. We've ordered pick up and delivery from other locations,including an entire Christmas dinner, and never complained.

My wife and I grabbed dinner here while staying at a timeshare in the area. It is off busy U.S. 192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy) with ample off-street parking. It appears to be a newer location with everything well-maintained. We haven't been very impressed with many of the Cracker Barrel locations of late as they tend to have poor service and poorly prepared food. However, this location was a nice surprise with decent service and food. They have changed up the menu some of late however, I believe you'll be able to get decent service and food at this location when you're in the area.

Food took 45 minutes to arrive my wife's chicken was overcooked my friday fish dinner was poorly done with bones. I used to like all cracker barrels . I waited for someone at the table service or when I was paying to ask me so that the cooking problem could be addressed for the next customer. Obviously they new there was an issue with the food. Too bad we enjoyed going there.

Great food for a great price I highly recommend getting one of their take home meals they are awesome
However enough of the pressure sales in the Lobby to buy candy and merchandise it's a real turn off please stop this tactic it is not a positive experience especially during these expensive times we live in now I just want enjoy a meal not shop

The cashier made a mistake when she applied my $10 coupon. I did not get a credit for the 10 dollars. They told me there wasn’t any thing they could do. Tried to blame me.

It was one of our worst dining experiences with Cracker Barrel! It took a half hour just to get two glasses of water, it took an hour to get our meal, and I was in shock over the portion size for the amount of money I paid for the meal. Check out was a line and all they were more interested in me buying candy than how are dining experience was! I was going to ask for a manager, but I think I saw him clearing tables. Visited here Feb 17, right off the start service was incredibly slow with no apparent reason or explanation (this was not at a peak hour). Our food took a good hour and right away noticed my sons was very cold. I asked the waitress if she could reheat and she said ok but that they were having issues in the kitchen and were not able to heat food appropriately. Immediate food safety concern!!! We asked to speak to the manager who apparently was in the kitchen and she REFUSED to come out - twice!. A lovely server named Jessica went above and beyond for us!

Overall terrible experience, terrible management (when does a MANAGER refuse to come out when a customer has a concern?) but JESSICA was fabulous, she should be the manager! Avoid this location if you don’t want to eat cold, undercooked food!!

Food cold..sent back supposedly recooked but not back long enough to cook and came out again cold… 1 order cancelled off bill but both orders were cold…manager defended kitchen but couldn’t argue food cold and restaurant was virtually empty…hmmmm

There was an issue getting waited on. We had to wait almost 20 minutes. Then somebody different in our regular waitress took our water. When our food was delivered, it was incorrect one of the meals after waiting about five minutes to get see somebody to stop them and get the order corrected. I ended up going to the Door entrance to the kitchen and waiting for somebody to come out and look at me then I talk to somebody and she said that their order is a double check he got what you ordered. It was not either person that I had talked to before.
