Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This Cracker Barrel has been redesigned and the new design is awful. The noise is so loud you can not hear anyone at the table. I could not enjoy the meal for the noise and wanted to leave as soon as possible because you cannot relax. To pay this amount of money for your food it would be nice if Cracker Barrel would make it quite so you can enjoy. The service is slow at times. The portions sometimes are small. All the Cracker Barrels are loud but this particular one is more so and I wish they would find some way to make it quite. Probably will not go back to this one again.

It took 45 minutes to get our food. We also had an 18 month old child so that made it worse.

First time in a newly refreshed Cracker Barrel restaurant. I like the changes especially the bright lights and a more roomy atmosphere and seating options

Went at 8:30am on a Saturday. Restaurant was half full. Ordered drinks, 10 minutes later the drinks came out. Waiter told the next table they are short staffed today. 30 minutes later our food came out. They had 2 servers covering the entire restaurant. As we finished more servers came in and everyone started getting food and drinks. Understanding if they are short staffed. But no one mentioned it to us, they should have stopped seating people or said the waits will be longer

I had a terrible experience at Cracker Barrel during my birthday weekend. The service was incredibly slow from start to finish. We waited forever just to get seated, and once we finally got a table, it took ages for our server to even acknowledge us. When we finally did get our food, it was cold and poorly prepared. The server was inattentive and seemed completely uninterested in providing any decent service. To top it all off, the manager nathan was extremely rude when we brought up our concerns. It was a huge letdown, especially on my birthday weekend. I won't be going back there again.

There was no toilet paper in the woman's rest room only one stall that had a little paper that was the handicap stall. Other than that the service was great my bacon didn't come crispy as I asked for.

The waitress was very absent minded and forgetful. We had to ask 5 times for lemon for our water. Had to ask for water refill. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Had to go find her. Was supposed to get dipping sauce with our appetizer but didn’t come with it. Had to ask again. Asked for appetizers to come with meal it didn’t. First time ever there to eat. Will not likely go back. Fried chicken was extremely greasy. And asked for soup but didn’t have any. All in all not a good experience.

joe was fantastic server

Cracker Barrel is usually our go-to place for comforting meals, but our first visit to this particular location was underwhelming. While the service met our expectations, the food unfortunately did not. We ordered the ribs, which are typically a favorite, but this time they were extremely disappointing. The poor quality of the meal was so off-putting that it has prompted us to consider taking an extended break from Cracker Barrel.

This visit was particularly disheartening because it deviated so much from the high standards we’ve come to expect from the chain. We hope that this experience is not reflective of a new norm for this location and that improvements will be made to match the quality found at other Cracker Barrels.

I have not heard from this location for a week. I contacted customer service and the restaurant. No one responds. Two bad experiences at two different restaurants. 20-30 minutes waiting on a server to place my order. Also, the managers weren't helpful either. Asked other customers if they have been helped yet. I was never approached. I'm done with Cracker Barrel. Won't be going back to any of their restaurants again.
