Yikes! After hearing the manager tell the cashier taking my order “to not guarantee anything” when it came to allergy orders… I should have run! I understand that most places have some form of disclaimer when you tell them you have a gluten allergy or Celiac disease. This manager was different, refusing to answer my questions about how things were prepared (like bacon or the burger patties) and repeating that she didn’t want to say or guarantee anything. The cashier DID put gluten allergy on my receipt yet when we got it, it was on a regular bun. I should have googled what the GF bins looked like, but foolishly took a bite hoping it was GF. Apparently Culver’s puts their GF buns in a separate bag. Perhaps other locations will treat allergies properly, but avoid here at all costs if you have any allergy!

$7.50 for one scoop sundae. They sad it was because of the pecans. Getting ridiculous. (Missing the cherry. lol.)

Always a great experience. Amazing staff and and food. The food is always fresh and this location is always clean. I will definitely keep coming back

I felt so bad because we came in kind of late but my friend had a really bad day and I wanted to get her an ice cream and she had a nut allergy, and none of us had been here before so we were trying to find somerhing that would be safe for her to eat. Michelle was extremely friendly, patient, helpful, and sweet! Thank you so much for helping us out so late at night, as a fast food worker I know that people coming in right before closing is tough. I thought they closed at 12am but they close at 11pm 😭 Thanks again sweetheart ❤️❤️
