Hello this will be the second time I went to Cupcake hearts and while I haven't tried all of their cupcakes. The ones I have are really good but I have to say my favorite one is the almond. If you like almond flavor this is the cupcake for you! Both Cathy and Diana are sweet like their cupcakes and cakes. I haven't had a special event and therefore I haven't tried their cakes yet if you can make a great cupcake I am sure their cakes must be really good. Stop by and try one of their cupcakes and give them a try they are a true mom n pop place and have been there 13 years! Give our mom n pops a try before you go to a chain!

Stopped by on a whim wife wanted chocolate got a 4 pack tried a cinnamon roll, strawberry cream, chocolate, and a cannoli cupcake cannoli by far was the best it was moist and delicious. Cinnamon roll was also very good strawberry cream was nice I enjoyed the filling the most the chocolate was kind of dry but was very rich and chocolatey. Service was quick and the cashier was very nice. Overall it was worth a try and I would try it again. It is a little expensive 4 cupcakes was 13.50 but not terrible

Cupcake hearts is one of the best places to ever get your desserts from! I flew in all the way from NYC just to make sure I had a white cake filled with guava and cream cheese frosting just like the cupcakes.I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with my order with this bakery. I ordered a 2 tier cake with a very specific design — for a baby shower. With a very specific flavor base and 3 different flavored cupcakes being pumpkin, strawberry & cream, and guava and cream cheese.They exceeded my expectations!!My guests were over the moon with excitement on the flavors and I kept getting asked who was my baker for future parties! 20/20 I would totally recommend to anyone in the Orlando/Osceola area.

Thankfully we discovered this shop, 20 minutes away. They came out wonderful and smell and taste delicious! The price is reasonable and the process was simple.

Cathy at Cupcake Hearts was a pleasure to work with. The created the most beautiful cake for my grandniece's first birthday. It was beyond anything I expected and brought tears to everyone's eyes. We were coming to Kissimmee from out of state and weren't really sure what to expect working with a bakery through email, but they just blew us away. Not only with their artistry, but also with their customer service. They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond. I am so thankful and I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you.

I am from out of town and needed to plan a group birthday. I called Cathy, the owner, and explained that wanted 4 specialty giant cupcakes. 40th, 4th, 1st, and Congrats. Cathy asked me questions so she could figure out how to design the cupcakes. I also ordered a dozen different flavored cupcakes. The flavors were amazing! The cake was tender and frostings and fillings were fresh! For the labor and love she puts into each product the prices were extremely affordable. I picked up the cupcakes they were packed and secured for travel. Hee shop is cute and clean!!! Thank you Cathy for the great purchase experience. I highly recommend her and this business.

It was dark going in the place, the employee rushed us it was our first time In, we were getting charged for plastic containers we ordered 4 but wanted 2 separate containers and got the third degree on vontainer cost! We will never go back and won't recommend anyone go there! Plastic containers didn't even stay closed just a bad experience for the first time all the way around!

The cake was good, everyone loved it. Vanilla cake with buttercream; however I feel like there is an underlying cinnamon taste. I'm not a fan of that flavor so didn't finish my cake or cupcake. Cake was moist and fluffy. Very nice crumb texture. Buttercream was smooth and light, perfect sweetness. Cutest shop and able to order with ease. Service and ambiance top notch. Just don't want cinnamon flavor in my strawberry cupcake or icing.
