Have ALWAYS enjoyed stopping in at Dennys for breakfast. This store, however, has an issue with their cook. He must have been YouTubing how to cook, as he could only cook one item at a time. (Tends to happen when you have your phone in your hand). There were only 2 other tables taken when we walked in. 4 people total. The waitress carried out one tables order and had to take a burger back to the kitchen because the order was incorrect. We could hear the conversation between the waitress and the cook. The cooks attitude was shown quite clearly in his reply, "Why dont you tell the customer that I dont do 'special orders' and they need to take it the way I send it out?" Upon hearing this, I asked the embarrassed waitress if the cooks name was Denny? She says,'No, it's Ruben'. My reply was that if he was Denny of Dennys, then i could understand his reply. We ordered simple breakfast menu items that took 45 minutes to receive. Could be because the cook kept going out to his car and hanging out with his buddy. Work ethic is seriously lacking. The waitress, by the way, was spot on, top notch, and very accommodating.

I visited my local Denny's and ordered a healthy - for me - Wild Alaska Salmon which came with broccoli, whole grain rice, and garlic bread, along with a side of fries. The fries and garlic bread were warm to the touch, suggesting they were prepared a bit too early, while the salmon and broccoli were hot. Despite this, I chose not to complain, as this was an exception rather than the norm for what I'm used to at this Denny's. For this reason, I have given a 4-star rating instead of 5.

I coughed because I had a cold a lady looked I said sorry I wasn’t being rude I wasn’t trying to be rude just to get your intention but can I get an update on my order
The lady said don’t you see I’m standing here waiting for it
I said I never gave you the name of the order I don’t know it’s that was order
She said sir it’s the only order I have
I said but how am I suppose to know that
She said what do you mean how you are suppose to know that
I said There is thousands of houses near by you make no sense
She said want me to make you leave
I said Trespass me you’re going to have to call the cops
She said what you don’t think I won’t I said no if you want to waste tax payers dollars that’s on you
She was on FaceTime with someone the whole time next to the counter telling them what happened as well

This happened literally within the last 9 minutes on January 20th 2025
I’m asking management to handle this before this becomes a civil issues I just wanted my uber order and it’s been a half hour already.

Everything was good but all I got was three slices of a tomato and two scrambled eggs and a glass of iced tea without sugar and it was $12.83. I understand the economy but that's a bit steep for a couple of eggs

Wow, I was truly surprised, this is the worst Denny's that has gone, the waitress has to ask the cook if he knows how to make the food, the waitress sits down with a friend who visits her and leaves the customer truly hoping that the worst one is not I recommend it to anyone
