Placed an order while on vacation. Ordered delivery because my daughter is handicapped and it is pouring down rain. After waiting forever, the driver calls from the lobby and tells me I have to meet him there. I couldn’t. Not sure why they ask for a room number when you order if they won’t bring it. Super unhelpful staff.

The absolute WORST pizza experience of my entire life (50 years). Ordered pizza online through the app. The app chose the store based on my physical location. I did not enter the address as I’m vacationing and do not know it. Received order confirmation, received “your order is out for delivery” text. ONE HOUR LATER, I received a call from a non English speaking person who could tell me absolutely nothing about the whereabouts of my now certainly cold pizza. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. Mind you, at this point it’s almost midnight. Held for the manager another 15 minutes. Manager rudely answers the phone. Doesn’t ask how he can help me…doesn’t even acknowledge me, but instead continues an ongoing conversation with his buddy who is in the store. After another 5 minutes when the manager finally made the time to speak with me regarding the whereabouts of my $50 worth of pizza, he simply responds with “we don’t deliver there”. Ummmm, Huh?? When I began to ask questions to gain understanding of why the app directed me to THAT store, allowed me to order $50 of pizza, sent confirmation it was out for delivery…only for me to have 3 hungry and tired kids & no pizza in sight, the store manager became agitated & said it wasn’t his problem to deal with. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, the manager became more aggressive. Once he spoke his peace, the STORE MANAGER hung up on me. I have no pizza. It’s after midnight. I have no explanation and I’m out 50 bucks. What has the world come to when THIS level of service (or lack thereof) has become acceptable?? If this Dominos was giving away prime rib for FREE, I wouldn’t even drive by. Worst customer service experience ever. RUDE and belligerent. The manager needs anger management classes, a time out, a new job in a basement somewhere with no people, and a hug.

My experience was as follows:

1. I did not receive the ordered product within the estimated timeframe.
2. I called the customer service number to report the issue and request a solution.
3. After waiting [insert wait time], I spoke with a customer service representative who was unable to offer a satisfactory solution.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Domino's Pizza for years. We have always enjoyed your products and have been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of our expectations.

The disappointing messages I received from the customer service representative, such as "there's nothing we can do" and "you'll have to wait another hour," only added to our frustration. As a loyal customer, I expect more from Domino's Pizza.

My dissatisfaction stems from:

- The lack of communication and follow-up on the status of my order.
- The inability of the customer service representative to provide an effective solution.

To improve my future experience, I suggest:

Order pickup here 2/3 times a month and always get what I ordered. Might have to wait a second in the lobby to get it if there's other folks ordering, but totally worth it with the deals on the app and the friendly staff in store.
