I’ve been an owner with Westgate for years. This year, my husband and I brought our dog, and we decided to relax outside and order food/drinks to-go. We asked for glasses of water to have with our meals. The manager told us that the glasses are for those eating inside. People outside also had plastic cups of water and beverages, which I pointed out, and I mentioned that we had paid for food but were eating outside. The manager said the water fountain was available for use to us but not glasses of water. How much does it cost to get a cup of water in a plastic cup? We would have paid for it, but this treatment was unacceptable. 1 star for this manager’s service.

Don't believe there posts here by employees. We just had terrible service. 7-8 employees standing around and no one would take our drink orders. Finally gave up and left. We are westgate owners and will avoid the place in the future.

They are slow as molasses. We just got up and left the bar after no drinks after 25 minutes. We went back the next day and it took 35 minutes to get 2 drinks. Not real friendly either. Would not go back.
