This place might have a convenient location, but the service has gotten worse and worse. Last week in the drive-thru, the employee taking my order had a terrible attitude, and when I got to the window, they didn’t even give me everything I paid for—I had to catch it myself at the second window or it would’ve been forgotten completely. Then this morning, it happened again: I paid for an item, got my coffee and a bag, only to find something missing once more. It’s frustrating to keep paying for things I don’t receive. Honestly, I’m about ready to skip this place altogether and just go to Wawa next door.

The person that was doing drive thru this morning 8/26/2025 I told her it was going to be different payments for the other just one donut with one order and another and she told I would have to go to the drive thru again to make it two different payments which made no sense and she was very rude I was most definitely call cooperate for this employee she should not be doing drive thru or even working fast food with that type of customer service.

The rudest employee ... how u answer the phone with hello and I ask for your name so I can greet you and you say your an employee just a regular employee and I ask if u have a damn name and I get put on hold then hung up .......

Good location with excellent service. The parking is tight and difficult when busy. The donuts are hit or miss depending on the time of day - cant keep them fresh all day! Overall a descent location.

Rude employee . Wasn’t friendly when I was asking for my order. I asked for hashbrowns and she said the oven was already in cleaning mode so she couldn’t cook anything. I asked for my drink with whipped cream the first time. I receive my drink with no whipped cream. I kindly ask her to put some and she rudely tells me it’s extra. I give her my card and she stays with the nasty attitude and looks.

Worst customer service I would never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. I ordered my food use my mobile app and paid. I went to the window and ask to change my order. They refuse to do it. Give me half my food at the window. The manager kept going back forth with about if change order it’s going mess up the system. It’s sad how people act over food that you’re paying for. At this point I’m not even hungry. They just turn me off and ruin my appetite. Coming from a 12 hr trying breakfast to eat. This very sad. I had to go through this this morning. Will not go back here.

Today’s morning crew was so polite!! Best customer service i’ve received at Dunkin by far!! My food was delicious & my coffee was made to perfection!! What a great way to start the day, now to head to Disney in a great mood.
