If I could give a zero I would. Today 3/14/25 at3:30pm no one at the counter. Kept screaming anybody here no answer waited finally a girl came out, service was horrible and no donuts and no diet drinks. Horrible service

Very unprofessional staff. The longest that I have ever had to wait at any Dunkin’ Donuts establishment, while waiting at the Drive Thru window with a long line behind me and while the worker was talking loudly on the phone.

Horrible, I never go to Dunkin Donuts because the the service is always horrible the one time I decide to go in there it never fail to disappoint. Walked in this establishment at 12:00 pm 6 people in the front no one welcomed us in no one said be with you in a second can't tell you who the manager was because was ignored by everyone by the time chandi decided to acknowledge us we placed our order at 12:29 got the coffee right way by 12:51 didn't receive our food when to the counter another girl with black hair came and asked if we were served we told her we were waiting and she said she would get the food started to only come back and say there was 1 croissant left when we watch them give out 8 or 9 orders in the drive thru finally got my order no one ask for us to get our food it wasn't till we looked that we saw it on the counter. Never again

was at this dunkin February 21st 1:42 pm. the girl behind the counter does not listen or pay attention. shes talking loud on her phone. and laughing in customers faces during conflict. i dont understand her lack of customer service just say you dont like your job. she took a while to tell her co worker (who was also talking on the phone) that we ordered a sandwich and yet they also seemed to mess that up. they both just seemed annoyed. wont be back.
Showed up at 7:50pm girl said they were closed… must not know how to tell time because you should have had 10 more minutes left. Terrible location would have made a sale but nope 👎

The food here always lacks flavor Like something that has been there for days Also the food is always cold which make ur worse. The hash browns are always ice cold. Bought food here 3 times and it’s always a disappointment

I asked for avocado toast with NO BACON after they repeated my order back to me they gave me avocado toast with bacon anyways.

The 4 women employees had no clue on what they were doing. My order was incorrect! The choices where ridiculous. Several people from drive thru came in complaining out their orders being wrong, while I waited 15 mins. for my order to be incorrect. TRY A DIFFERENT LOCATION THIS ONE WAS NOT WORTH IT! THE ONE STAR IS ONLY DUE TO I COULDN'T GO LOWER THAN THAT!
