I love dunkin' donuts and always go there and do not go to the other places what ever since covid whenever I go they never have jelly donuts or lemon donuts come on guys please pick up the production a little bit... thank you 🙂

I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve come here multiple times and ordered an egg and cheese bagel, each time there has been bacon on it when there shouldn’t be. The carelessness of this dunkin is unbelievable and could have left me in the hospital if I were to eat it without checking.

Stopped by for a quick caffeine pick me up. Service was good and the Hot latte tasted amazing. No issues here ever.

Terrible management. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but there was hardly any cream cheese on it! When I asked for a little more, the manager said I would have to pay for it. This is definitely doesn't look like their advertisements.

Needs new management. Place is absolutely horrible and staff is rude!!! Go somewhere else for better service and quality products!!! Shut this place down before this crew causes it to shut down for no service

got coffee on sunday morning and thank God asked for the coffee without sugar, as soon as i grab it in my hand that i open the lid it had a HAIR ON IT. never again

I told my friend about how at the drive through they asked me if I wanted my change because they were low and she said they told me the same thing. Sounds to me management should learn to keep change in their building or look into the employees trying to pocket some change tips. It's rude and bad customer service to ask the guest if they would like there own money.

I have tried twice now. Only 1 or 2 people behind the counter. Both appear to have no idea as to what they are doing, making, ir selling. Both times I ordered the current special with a coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and small hash browns. Both times I ordered through the Dunkin Donuts app. Both times I had to return because the order was not correct. 1 time I had to go back a 3rd time to try to get my correct order. I was not alone in having correct order issues. I watched other people with similar order issues. It was very apparent the staff was not trained and should definitely not be the only ones there to make the orders. They need properly trained staff and a manager to oversee them. Their was no manager present.
