Terrible service from the moment we entered the door, 5 employees in front, we were the only ones in the store and we were literally ignored for more than 5 minutes to have our order taken, until I had to ask someone if they could take my order . I don't know how they work here but they placed my order and didn't call for my receipt number, they just left it on the counter. I'm not coming back again.

This location has high turnover like most of the other locations but most of the employees are attentive and the order is always correct. This is one of 2 locations in the area that is consistent with the taste and quality of the food and coffee. They do a great job of juggling a continuously changing menu 24/7.
When you wake up wanting to eat a donut and you know well what you want “fresh donuts” and you order two donuts from this establishment and you receive this old garbage and they charge them at the same price as they were fresh, I attach the photo so that you can appreciate the garbage old one that they gave me, my recommendation is that you go to Walmart because they are cheaper and taste just as old as these. It would be morally embarrassing for me to open a donut franchise to sell old donuts.

I go to Dunkin almost every morning at 3 AM before work, the morning crew is the best besides One female that wears a gray sweater has nothing but attitude and shows that she hates her job . Maybe she should try Starbucks lol

I usually come here for the fresh food and excellent customer service. However, today I experienced the opposite. The doughnuts are hard and the service is unprofessional. Ms. Bri is upset at the register, does not like to answer any questions, and has given an attitude the minute I got here. She seems to be upset at every one not just me. I feel so uncomfortable being here today.
Coffee hot or cold and donuts is the way to go.
