At first, the cashier who was on the speaker was so rude. It was a girl, and I didn’t get her name, but after, I was greeted by Lex, and he was so sweet, got my doughnut that I was missing, complimented my nails, and was so personable! He definitely saved the experience because I went up to the window upset and that changed quickly! Lex It’s definitely an asset to this Dunkin’ Donuts!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since it first opened and I must say I have not had exceptional service until recently ! I must point out this employee by the name of Lex who has been nothing but absolutely WONDERFUL! Every single time I’ve gone to this location he has made my experience better & better. Always recommending new things to try and asking additional questions ( if I would like my muffin warmed up or my croissant toasted) and not just rushing my order ! I appreciate the time and kindness that he has presented in each and every encounter. This Dunkin is very lucky to have an associate like him !!

I can’t express the number of times I have gotten my coffee wrong here everyday It’s made differently every single time even tho it’s the same iced coffee never put the correct milk mind u i don’t change anything on this coffee expect add liquid sugar & cold foam i always have to go back inside to get it fixed

We were lucky that Joselyn served us; she was very friendly and pleasant. You should have more employees like her. The change in customer service was amazing.
