I can’t express the number of times I have gotten my coffee wrong here everyday It’s made differently every single time even tho it’s the same iced coffee never put the correct milk mind u i don’t change anything on this coffee expect add liquid sugar & cold foam i always have to go back inside to get it fixed

The woman in the window made absolutely no conversation or direct eye contact. Just took money from my hand and handed things out (still not acknowledging me). Made conversation with coworker though. I guess the guest aren’t as important.

I have to say that we hadn't been there for a while because of poor poor customer service, but we decided to go back today to give it another chance. We were lucky that Joselyn served us; she was very friendly and pleasant. You should have more employees like her. The change in customer service was amazing.
