First off really nice people that took my order and i seen in the window although once i was handed the drink ive soon realized after taking sips of it and mixing it around that my latte had no espresso just sweetened milk atleast thats what it taste like. i would honestly go on with my day and not write a review but spending money on a drink and not having atleast the main part of it really made me upset.

This review is for the owners of this particular store. The employees are excellent. The food and drinks are good. However the store is hot inside. It feels like a freaking sauna. Your poor employees deserve better. Also, please fix your front door. It's been broken for years.

Stale donuts. Terrible customer service... The waitress is not friendly at all!
I have been going to this location as a loyal customer for many years. I’ve seen many of the employees come and go. My favorite person who was there quit and I hadn’t been back since. I recently went tonight, having my only meal today be Dunkin, and I was excited to finally come back and get some food. The sandwich always came out burnt but I’ve never complained as most of the time it’s still edible. Occasionally my drinks have been bad but I usually hate complaining so I usually take my loss, however tonight my drink tastes completely spoiled. They were close to closing and the two girls working tonight, I tried to explain that my drink didn’t taste right, it was half full because I kept trying to figure out if it was the drink itself or actually something bad in it. The girl proceeded to make sly comments saying that “you must not know what you ordered because it has pineapple in it”. I tried to explain that I ordered here all the time and I know what these drinks taste like. It was completely sour inside. I also asked the rude girl for her name and she said “it’s none of your business “. The other girl was very kind and understanding but this girl named Yaris or yarie, was an absolute nightmare. I explained that I wanted a different drink and she even told me “well you shouldn’t have half drank it”. I was appalled as someone who works in the food industry how this young girl treated me. I then told them I no longer even want the drinker made at this point because of this girls nasty attitude and she was already remaking it. Hence I didn’t even get to finish stating I wanted something different because she was already trying to be slick mouthed. I have never ever dealt with someone with that kind of behavior towards me because I’m very respectful when I have a problem or issue and I even apologized coming in about the drink being bad even though it was actually something spoiled in it. She refused to give her name and then tried to hide it on top of her hat she was wearing. I hope something is done about this location. I will definitely not ever give this location my buisness with someone like her acting like a remake comes out of her own pocket. To try and belittle a customer like that and then threaten me with calling the cops? Because I called her out for being very rude. The other girl wouldn’t give me her name but she was very professional and understood my frustration. This establishment will go into the ground with yarie there. I also left my drink on the table and walked out without any resolution. Why would I ever want someone to treat me like I’m some stupid person just over a drink? She tried to claim I was already having a bad day when I tried to express to her that she doesn’t know what people go through and that I work in the food industry myself and I would never ever treat someone the way she treated me. She was also seen inside arguing with the other sweet girl about the whole situation because I’m pretty sure the girl who was kind understood how weird that was. I will escalate this as well because I don’t take calling the cops threat lightly. I was never the aggressor, but she definitely wanted to have her reason to be nasty to someone.i completely lost my only appetite, couldn’t even eat the food after something so degrading happened to me. A very disturbing experience…

This current location was not busy, keep that in mind. We walked in, were not greeted. 3 employees behind the counter. Male was working the drive through. He turned around and saw us there. Then came over to us, while the other two girls made eye contact, said nothing or acknowledged us. We did a mobile order. I was missing 1 item in my bag, once again stood at counter for a few minutes (no one inside, 1 car at drive though) gentleman had to help me once again, while girls ignored. We were there for quite some time. Very slow. Got home and my son’s order was wrong. He asked multiple times for white cheddar cheese, but still got American cheese. Love Dunkin but most likely will not go back to this location.

Dante is the best! So sad he no longer works there. It definitely takes some skill to make coffee and he's the best at it. Everyone there is friendly though. Only complaint is the donuts sell out so fast and they don't get replenished until the next day

One of the worst Dunkin drinks i’ve ever tasted. They did not put in the right flavoring, I also asked for less ice and they didnt give it to me. When I asked her to remake it, she told me my drink had less ice. The ice is filled to the bottom lol

I’ve been coming to this place often for my kids, but I’ve always been disappointed with the service. But today, Pricilla and Nelly (I hope I got that right) made my day! Their customer service was incredible! They were so fast and helpful, it was the best I’ve ever experienced there. I really hope their managers recognize how amazing they are! My date of service was 5/15/25 approx 7:10am.

Destiny at Dunkin’ Donuts is amazing! She’s the kind of person who makes your day brighter without even trying. Super friendly, fast, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for every customer. Her energy is contagious and makes the whole experience so much better. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her—she’s a true gem!

I don't know why I even come to this dunkin. I always wait 20 minutes for only 4 cars in front of me. They ALWAYS mess up my order. I had to pay double the money because they said they're out of sausage. I ordered everything separately because I couldn't get the $6 meal deal. The hashbrowns were cold and there wasn't cheese on the sandwich. Now I just spent an extra 10 minutes waiting too see a cashier to get the order corrected.

Absolutely horrible experience. They missed items in our order, and when we politely informed them, they basically called us liars and demanded to see the bag to “verify.” To make matters worse, the manager was loudly screaming at a new employee right in front of customers—completely unprofessional and degrading. It was uncomfortable to witness and showed a total lack of leadership and training. The staff was incredibly rude, and the whole environment felt chaotic and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location. Avoid if you want decent service or any sense of courtesy.
