Had some friends over for a party and one of them pointed to my bean bags on the shelf and said “Wow! Nice beans!” I told them “Yes great beans quality but you’ll lose your sanity waiting for the owner to ship them out!” My friends laughed and I would say it was one of the better dinner parties I had. Who would’ve known what a few bean bags could do for a nice dinner party.

The worst Dunkin donuts Ive ever been to! It took me 40 minutes to retrieve my food. my sandwich was missing bacon and the coffee tasted burnt! Unbelievable. They didn't have no glazed donuts and my loaded hash browns were missing hashbrowns! The manager had the nerve to try to charge me for bacon when my sandwich was missing bacon! 0/10 do not recommend!.

Ordered Glazed Chocolate and Sprinkled strawberry donut.. but this is what they gave me.. and I wanted to order frozen coffee and they can’t make it because they are cleaning the machine I asked when do they clean this coffee machine so I can come and get it on the day that this machines are available.. and they said it’s every day the morning shift didn’t clean it.. a coffee machine can be cleaned 30mins - 1 hr depending on the machine.. it’s already 2pm now and the machine is not cleaned..telling me this excuse while it’s been hours already passed. I say what a bunch of lazy employees you have here in this location. And this happened today. Hopefully management will do something about this coffee machines to be available at all times..

This location was decent until the last few months. The girl who gives me my order is always sweet but whoever is managing or in charge needs to be reassessed. The attitude and unwillingness to do or make anything has had me abandon this location. I’d rather drive the extra mile for the other location where I can expect DECENT customer service.
I have had many issues with this Dunkin but my last experience was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! This occurred on 8/3/24. We waited at the order box for about 15 mins before someone even took our order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I told myself hey maybe their short staffed. At the window we then waited for our order for another 15 mins. Our order was a total of 6 items only 3 items were correct, the rest of the order they just did whatever they wanted. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese and their new hot honey sauce. The sandwich had cheese and no hot honey sauce. I also ordered a chorizo and egg wrap and they gave me the chicken and pepper wrap. Last but not least I ordered an iced mocha latte with extra mocha, I don't believe they even made a latte and that latte was extremely light it had absolutely no mocha in it. The things they got correct were simple, an order of hash browns, a maple donut, and a sparked energy drink. Oh mind you they were not short staffed I saw at least three workers there and no one was inside ordering so it's not like they were super busy. Honestly seemed like the workers there that day didn't even want to work. The customer service was trash. I reached out to management about this situation and I still have yet to hear back. Never going back.

I mobile ordered a Mango Pineapple Green Tea Refresher. When I walked in, the four employees seemed a little distracted and disorganized. It took them awhile to acknowledge a customer at the cash register waiting to place an order. They finally had him walk over to the pick up line to place his order. Then, it was still a while longer to acknowledge me. All four employees seemed to be concentrating on the drive-thru customer they thought was trying to cheat them. When I was finally acknowledged, the young lady was polite and efficient. My drink was excellent. The establishment did not have any customers sitting down, but it looked like it needed some attention to cleaning.

Today being National Donut Day, I stopped by to get some. Jasmine was working the counter and she was super friendly with a great sense of humor. The donuts tasted great. I especially loved the apple fritter with apple cinnamon filling. I hope they make that a staple on their menu cause it was the best donut I’ve had in a long time! Service was quick, I was in and out quickly. I had a chance to observe the drive thru, which was busy, and the employees handling drive thru were fast, efficient and communicated well with each other. Would revisit this location if craving donuts again.

If it was possible to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a zero star, I would. This Dunkin’ Donuts has continue to disappoint every single time I’ve stopped here which is not very often. I would say to anyone that is craving Dunkin’ Donuts drive that extra mile to the next Dunkin’ Donuts available and do not stop here.They never seem to have anything available, and when they do have something available, it’s always stale when it comes to the food and the drinks. Taste horrible.
