10/10 best Dunkin in Orlando. I am pregnant and love Dunkin’ Donuts I go to one just about once a week, this particular Dunkin was special to me. I ordered a medium ice coffee with light ice, mocha, whole milk, and no sugar with a bacon egg and cheese toasted lastly an order of everything stuffed bagels. Used the kiosk to order and asked the young lady if I may have extra whole milk. When I received my order it was quick and perfect. I swear a lot of Dunkin’s don’t actually mix the syrup, or when you say light ice they don’t fill your cup all the way, but this Dunkin was perfect. My boyfriend doesn’t like Dunkin coffee, but today for the first time he said this one was good. We shared everything and I am so satisfied and happy along with our unborn twins are happy too! Thank you for having excellent customer service, attention to detail on orders, and great timely manner. I might have to come back next week!!!

Ordered 2 lattes and was given straight coffee with no milk. They also didn't add the mocha flavoring I requested. Tried calling the store but the phone goes to a voicemail that is not setup. Not surprised. The other poor reviews about the establishment are true. I should have paid attention to the reviews before I visited.
