This is the worse Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Their employees are not friendly whatsoever. While on vacation, I came to this location on a few separate occasions and there was always something wrong with our order… either drinks made wrong, missing food, or the employee was just straight up rude (they were rude every time)… do not recommend this location. I would give them zero stars if possible

Any cash gets put threw a machine scan for counterfeit and machine is junk . Not cash friendly place. Whole fiasco over 5 dollar coffee.

Rude! Music cranked up, the kid at the register wouldn’t look at us & walked away. When I asked if we could get service, they scoffed. We walked out. Not going back.
It’s ok, products are cheaper than the Disney parks but cheap is cheap, you get what you pay for. Service is not that great thus

Used the self-serve touchscreen kiosk to order and pay, waited over 20 minutes for order number to be called as a long line of customers are served at the counter, finally approached to ask about order and was told they are too busy with the counter customers to also fulfill the self-serve kiosk orders. They acted peeved for my calling it out so the hot sandwich was served cold and stale and we had to substitute one of the drinks because they didn't have the one we ordered. Seriously the worst Dunkin experience I've ever had!
