I ordered a croissant and a glazed donut. What did I receive? Hot garbage. My croissant had my butter only in one spot, and it was toasted when I didn't even ask. My donut? Never even arrived. They also added a diet Pepsi, which I didn't order. Terrible is every way.

This was such a great experience at a Dunkin, the team that works there works together in perfect harmony to make sure everyone is serviced quickly and respectfully.

Coffee was gross! Literally I threw the entire thing in the garbage. I hate writing bad reviews but it was necessary. And typically I’d go back and complain but when you’re traveling there’s no time for that. Ordered a caramel iced coffee and hubby ordered a mocha iced coffee both were undrinkable and watered down

So apprently its been viewed that you dont service deaf people thru your drive thru. Why does it take any longer to fix them a cup of coffee over fixing someone not deaf a cup of coffee. Maybe because there was a huge number of deaf people in the drive thru that day. Highly unlikely and to call the cops on her for no reason. This was a unavoidable situation maybe you need to change your policy or look to better handle these customers, not everyone has time to go inside. Oh and lets not forget the manager who was rude to this young lady. You should be fired.

Took my order at drive thru then never came to window. I had to go inside and have them pull ticket that was sitting there waiting to make our orders

I put in an order through the app. The Uber driver went the wrong way (another story) so took about 20 minutes to get there instead of 3 minutes. When I arrived, the two drinks were ready but the food wasn't. I asked about it and they said they didn't have the specialty donut I purchased. They gave me a different one but had an additude when I asked to get a different (less expensive) one. No refund on the difference, less than a dollar but still. I had to ask for the rest of the food and they told me I didn't order food. They had to look at the receipt and then went to make it. Took almost 10 minutes with no other customers and 3 employees to get my full order so a total of 30 minutes from when I placed the order.

Not only do they tell u to pull up to the window and as you’re doing so they attend to the car behind you but then I had to PAY for a cup of WATER. SERIOUSLY??

It's bad enough when you can hear someone through the drive through speaker that you have to pull up to the window to place an order. Once I arrive at the window, the cashier was very unapologetic about the speaker and seemed as if she didn't want to work that day. Maybe she was new, I'm not sure, but it definitely came off that it was an inconvenience in us being there to place an order.
It's worth driving a few extra miles to receive better service at another location.
