We come to this location once every couple of months when we visit family. This location is unfortunately the closest to where we stay, every time we go into drive thru i make a mobile order a few min before we get there. The employee on the speaker should NOT be dealing with customer service. Very rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Coffee and donuts were good. Customer service not so much.

I ordered a medium iced coffee; wanted cream and sugar but it didn't come with any. The server threw some in it after I asked. I don't think it was even stirred. There was coffee all over the lids, the sides, the bottom of the cup. Needless to say, spillage everywhere. And on top of that, it was the nastiest coffee I ever had. I threw it out after a sip. Secondly, I ordered an egg and cheese wrap. It was literally a small tortilla with cold eggs. 😝 I'm never coming back here.

I recently came to this Dunkin and had the same experience back to back. I first ordered 20 munchkins and they were placed in a bag instead of the box it normally comes in. This time same thing happened when I ordered 10 munchkins. The reason I was given by a girl named Alyssa was that boxes are only given out to munchkins orders that are 25 count or greater. Never have I experienced this at at Dunkin. It’s disgusting eating food directly out of a bag like that. I wouldn’t even feed my dog food out of a bag. I will never come back to this location.

This is my favorite Dunkin, I didn’t realize it until recently when I pass by a different one to get to this one because I find the quality of food and drinks are always top notch. There is also an employee there named Angelina that always has the BEST attitude! So infectious, always brightening my morning before work. Girl needs a raise for sure. thank you Dunkin and Angelina!
& the one star rating being polite. I wish I can give them NO STARS. BUT YOU know what they say three times is a charm & baby let me tell you, they WONT GET ANOTHER COIN FROM me @ this location . Every bad review you see about this location BELIEVE IT. USUALLY I go to 2245 Western Way Winter Garden, FL 34787 United States on my lunch break and that Dunkin is Phenomenal, good customer service and more CLEANER but it’s 8 mins away from my job SO when I’m pressed for time I can’t there . This location is 2 mins and I was pressed for time today, going against my judgement I went to this location. Mind you the last two times was horrible; but im thinking maybe it’s that shift. Anyway I was craving an ice coffee and like I said before I was pressed for time “clocked in for work ; can I run to the store” type of time. The cashier rang up everything wrong then basically tried to blame me for the confusion without actually saying it. Nevertheless she was uhhuhing me like she was hearing correctly. I ordered a small Carmel ice coffee w / whipped cream and a plain bagel well toasted with strawberry cream cheese. The order I received large ice coffee with no whip cream and plain bagel slightly toasted with regular cream cheese. So when I told them this was wrong ; a whole bunch of eye rolling and teeth sucking , so I’m guessing the cashier started tending to other customer, the manager started helping me and her customer service suck. Just her whole demeanor was TRASH , I told her exactly how I wanted my coffee to be made. 6 pumps of Carmel , 10 cream and it’s still was nasty. Don’t even get me started on the bagel, it took the 3 tries to get it right. Only thing I can say good about this place is the girl who handed me my bagel she was nice and polite … very demure . Them other ones not so much.
