I ordered my drink at 828am. She finally made my drink at 842am. Even people that came in after me, and ordered after me, received their drink before me. This place is very poor on work ethic with zero efficiency. The heavy set lady working drive thru has poor character. Had me waiting 16 minutes to make one mobile order drink, insane.

I waited 10 minutes to be served and nobody showed up. It was as if no one was there. The line was already extending outside the store, and they had absolutely no desire to work. Horrible service.

This location never has any items they are always sold out of everything . They said they get there truck on Friday afternoon but during the weeks items are still sold out . Popular items to like strawberry dragon fruit refresher or syrups for coffee . I was told that the area is popular for vacation which I can understand but order more in stock if you see that an item is selling .

I get they may be over worked and under paid. But this location is awful. This week I heard one of the girls YELL at her co workers and yell at a delivery driver. They move soooo slow. They’re moving around but doing nothing, like they are lost and not sure what’s going on. I love Dunkin but this location needs to do better. They are in a high tourist area and they need to have higher standards. 20 + minutes for a mobile order is insane! At it happens every single time

I would give zero stars if I could. The employees at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. The first time I came here, I placed a mobile order and was left sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally got someone’s attention, I was told they were “cleaning” and couldn’t take orders. When I said customers should come first, and they should’ve at least told me the employee responded, “I guess not to our manager,” which was incredibly disrespectful. When I reached the window, I was then told they didn’t even have matcha, which was one of only two drinks in my order. At that point, I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t issue one in-store and that I would have to use the app. The app did not give me a refund option, and when I tried to contact Dunkin support, it was down.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would like to speak with the owner or management of this store, because this level of service is unacceptable.

Customer service was amazing! The woman with the very colorful hair definitely made up for the fact that we spent 45 minutes in the drive through. They would only take the next order after the car ahead drove away from the pickup window. I understand that they may have been understaffed but the store manager, area manager and district manager need to pay a living wage so they can hire more employees.

Horrible experience at this Dunkin, I had a mobile order but had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through while they “cleaned the stations”. Then they proceed to tell us they didn’t have the drink that I ordered and couldn’t give me a refund.

This location has the most rudest girls working in the morning.the only one that is great is the one with red hair sorry I don’t know your name but you are so kind and she has great customer service.other than her ,I try to avoid going there in the morning every experience in that drive in the morning your getting an attitude .
