One of the WORST locations. I've only been here twice and both times are disappointing. I ordered online and half my order was not there when I came to pick up, and the part of the order that was ready was wrong ! I asked for my bagels NOT to be toasted . ALL of them were toasted and not even split open smh !! This made the bagels I just purchased hard as a rock !! They need new management at this location . I'll never visit it again .

I ordered my usual Caramel Craze Ice coffee through my app and wanted to try the loaded hash browns. The coffee tasted weird, I don't know if they buy other brands or the product was damaged. The hash browns were cold with the taste of old oil, burnt bacon and cold cheese... horrible. I won't be back.

The food is okay, but they often do not pay attention to your instructions - for instance, when I ask for white cheddar rather than American cheese. Big difference in taste.

Not a safe place to visit. I went through the drive thru, said hello, no response, I said hello again and again no response. I said hello is anyone there? The response through the speaker was NO! Then a very loud blow through the speaker and then, "hello how many I help you?" with laughs in the background. I said sure I need the number to your corporate office and your name. At this point these people don't take their job seriously, of course I was not going to order. They are handling food. Those donuts are probably covered in saliva or dropped on the floor for laughs like they are doing through the speaker. I said i am driving to the window please give me your name and corporate #. He refused at the window. The other two were smiling and laughing. Then I asked asked again for his name and he moved to the window aggressively either was joking like if he was mad or was actually aggressive. The one on the right laughed. I don't know what these future non-homeowners problem was, but if it was a joke they took it way too far. It happened today about 5:30 to 6pm. I asked for a manager. Three dead behind the eyes stares was the response. Pretty sure the only thing these three got on their SAT exams were boogers. I don't know if they were expecting me to get angry so they could record and post it or something like that. The whole situation was ridiculous. I just called and complained to corporate. Last time I go to this or any other Dunkin. It's not like the product is a necessity.
