This morning I ordered a toasted almond late with almond milk. Yes it is delish! The young lady over the speaker was kind and helpful. Although there is very little knowledge on what bagels are vegan and which are not, I still enjoyed the speedy delightful service this morning.
Their employee caused an unsafe environment for consumers. A consumer wanted a $4 coffee refund and instead they got into a physical brawl behind the counter and as a result of this clearly lacking training on dunkins part, 2 hot cups of coffee went all inside my mustang. Every inch driver to passenger covered and i told the "district manager" that they needed to cover the detailing costs because i didnt ask for their terrible service to cause me to miss work and to have...read full review

Coffee is good. Donuts are fresh. However none of that matters if customer service is failing. Luis obviously needs some addition training in customer service 101. This morning when handing me my food I said "thank you." He shuts the door right in my face, so I make sure to flag him down and say "I said THANK YOU." He just looked at me confused and said "ok". Probably not the best place for you to be working buddy....
