I can't believe that such a big corporate still hiring such people I pulled to the drive through I ordered two shots of espresso. I was asked to pull to the window. I did a ginger guy with a red beard asked me do you wanna donate a dollars I couldn't hear him clearly I thought he was asking about the payment. I said I'm gonna pay using my phone and he just started laughing and walk away and then another sweet lady she came to ask me if I still donate I told her that was very rude of the first guy and I didn't even took my drink. Wow what a customer service.

I went in the other day to get my coffee refill and they not only refill my cup they gave me a half full black coffee when I had asked for 6 creams and 8 sugars left upset and unsatisfied had to throw it out because I didn’t have enough time to go back I shouldn’t have stopped for coffee here.

I tried calling the store to give them a heads up as far as the lady at the window this morning being extremely rude but their phones aren’t working so I’m hoping Management sees this review and tries to figure out who is working at this location at 7:45 in the morning today at the window. When a customer pulls up and forgot to add an order because it’s a day off for their kids and their kids are in the backseat. The last thing they need to do is be reminded of the inconvenience that the cashier has to add something to their order to spend more money at that location. Next time be nice about it. You should be embarrassed to act like that in front of kids.

Bacon and cheese were way overcooked. Wrap part was way overcooked and hard. Barely edible. Drink was okay.

Didn’t have a good experience. Staff is rude and not courteous at all. We ordered so much stuff and they wouldn’t remake a drink which came out bad. No wonder they have only 3.7 star rating. Wouldn’t come back here.

Been going for over a year but the bagels are not consistent and stale lately. I can’t believe how miserable these ladies are at the drive thru also! My wife swears by JEFF’S BAGEL RUN, they are AMAZING (near Celebration and In O-Town shopping area. Great like NY bagels. ALWAYS CONSISTENT and with great attitudes also! There’s Dunkin’s all over. Go to a place that APPRECIATES your biz and makes amazing bagels all the time! It’s so worth it!

Wow, reading the reviews are shocking. Been to the drive thru plenty of times with no issue. I can see from the car how they seem unhappy but never bothered me until I got a stale plain toasted bagel. I go back in with the bag and that’s all the mgr had to see. Didn’t acknowledge me at all and walked away after she helped the customer before me. Didn’t apologize, was absolutely miserable and walked to the back saying she wants a new bagel. When the young employee put it in front of me and she was miserable too. I couldn’t believe it! I had to speak up and asked for my money back. I found out the one that ordered me a new bagel and who wouldn’t give me a receipt for refund was the mgr. I told them that they were all so rude and horrible at service in front of all 2 or 3 customers. I won’t complain further to upper mgmt cause CHEEP and POOR labor is their thing. If they can just get anyone to work, they will get business BECAUSE OF THE NAME. Imagine if they CARED about good FOOD and DECENT service?! Money would be FLOWING, HOWEVER, owners are ignorant and employees have NO self RESPECT to do better. It’s actually very sad. Hope they get some self reapect in there or hire ppl with better social skills. 🙏🏼 but I doubt it. Kindness and good hiring skills takes EFFORT. 🙄

I went there 2 days back to back and the service got worse each day. One lady ignored me when I asked to use the restroom and the next day the other lady argued with me over me saying I asked for my teas to be sweetened please she said no you didn't and redirected me to a condiment stand without adding the liquid sugar I initially asked for. I asked another lady if she was the manager she said yes and was yelling at me. They are very rude. Worse customer service I have ever received they were going back and forth with me and my mother. Nasty restroom as well.

Worst customer service by the manager and employees!!!!!! Manager has a stank attitude!!! Will never be back!!! Went this morning and my order was incorrect and the manager was upset at me so unprofessional and very disrespectful.
