Amanda was awesome! She was courteous and friendly. And this place is very convenient for me. Quick and easy getting my breakfast meal and Dunkin’s best coffee. :)
Terrible service in the drive thru at 1:10-1:27pm on 2/1/2025. The gentleman who took the order was rude. Waited 17 minutes no food had to leave

On this day I choose to come to this Dunkin’ Donuts to have coffee with family.my order was takin and waited patiently for my coffee. Waited about 10 minutes before I asked about my coffee. The lady that was doing the cooking area was super rude and loud to repond about it was only 3 of them and I need to wait!!! Super loud and saying if I can’t wait to get a refund. Didn’t even try to use the CALM approach to take care of me and my orders!! Absolutely disappointed with this place again. I’ll rather drive to another Dunkin’ to get better service!!!!

HORRIBLE DONT GO.
I would give zero stars if I can. Employee are rude and don’t care. They gave coffee without closing lid correctly got burned and gave wrong order. Manager sucked too didn’t give refund either. When said we got burnt the employee just laughed Worst experience ever.
Extremely unprofessional I’ve been coming here for months & the new manager is unprofessional.. if you have a mobile order they will make you wait just to tell you they didn’t receive it… I think this should be discussed BEFORE the customer arrives to the pickup window.
A month ago I went to buy a coffee at this place. I have always gone to this place because I really like the signature latte. They have always served me well, but the last time a man named Antwoni served me, he was very rude and very rude, no. I know why he works there if he is so rude, first when I placed the order he spoke to me rudely and said that he didn't understand me but in a bad way. When I got to the window I told him you should and could be more good people and he looked at me and this very impolite boy laughed aside when I told him that he was very rude instead of saying sorry he just laughed in my face they should take a good look at who they hire

Take it from a former employee of this location (name hidden for privacy reasons) that every issue at this location stems from the manager and the franchisee enabling her
She broke several labor laws that I reached out to corporate about and got nothing from.
Some include stealing our tips, intimidation, trying to keep us from contacting the District Manager, unsafe work conditions, and more. Not to mention at any minor inconvenience we were threatened with immediate termination. Worst job ever and I applaud my coworkers who were able to stay. I don’t know how many did cause I saw at least 11 people come in and out of the job in a 2 month time span.
Also there’s been a fruit fly infestation on and around the donuts for at least 4 months so-

Location supposed to close at 8pm but I just drove to the drive thru at 7:25 pm to order and the automated machine states location is currently close. But then an employee comes on the intercom and ask how they can assist so i place my order of medium hot chocolate and he says he thought it was a mobile order but will not take my order cause theyvare closed. Interesting enough its not the first time. Location loosing business due to immature employees not caring for business profits. Truly sad.

I have been going to this Dunkin for years but the last two times the service has been horrible! The manger was literally coming out the drive thru window screaming and yelling all because I requested no bacon on my sandwich! I reached out to Dunkin headquarters and reported the incident as well as posting my review here! After reading the recent reviews i am certain this lady is not ok and for the owner of this location or franchise members. She will take your store down with that attitude and service!

first waited 18 minutes in the drive through, I finally said “hello?” in the speakers and they’re like “hiii” I’m like “we’ve been waiting 10 minutes at the speaker and you don’t say anything?” they proceed to answer with attitude saying “yea, we’re busy.” then while I’m trying to order. drink they’re continuing to talk over me. so they don’t get the order right of course. whoever is working the drive through needs to get a job that’s not in customer service. I ended up just leaving with nothing because why give my money to a company that cannot treat their customers right???

This was by far the worst experience, the manager tempus i believe her name is gives everyone attitude for no reason. Seems like all employees are quitting . They had about 10 people quit in the matter of 2 weeks. Just go to Starbucks across the street because for you to be nasty to your customers says alot about yourself . Don’t come here at all!!!!!

New team, does not know anything, waited almost 20 min to get 2 iced coffee and changed me 10.84$ and gave me one, and they did not make 2nd one,

After waiting almost 40 mins and then telling them that they missed a few things, this is what they gave me. If you know this is burnt like this, why would you give it to a customer. I'm sure they wouldn't even eat it, why would you give this to someone who paid for it.
