I've been to Dunkin before, but this was gross. Everything went straight to the trash

They don't clean the food cooler for their food. They clean it very little often so don't eat their food. One time it made me sick but I still had to go to work. They don't treat their employees well. We still work $12 an hour and they give people promotions that haven't even been there long. I worked there since August and I never got a pay raise. I've been trying to get promoted but never got Dunkin University to help with the process. Since day one I requested it. It's been 3 weeks since my injury on the floor and my hospital bill is not yet paid for. She wanted to terminate me after I said I quit over the phone. My first week in this location all I was given was attitude but I had to put up with it and be nice cause I didn't want to be petty like everyone else. No one understands me I was always treated differently or get yelled at for not knowing how the store works or not being able to hear any of the requests. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here or work here if your looking for a job it's not a good location don't let their faces fool you at the end they really don't care. But I do I did everything I could in the end. I hope your reading this. Cause I know you look at reviews.

They were cheating on the ice cream cup. I asked for two scoops, and they used the small scoop and put it in a single scoop cup. When I questioned it, they gave me another cup same size. I visited another Duncan's and they gave the correct size, I really knew they were cheating the customers.

I just left Dunk, and I was completely mistreated, the attendant didn't pay attention to my orders, and took the donuts as if they were trash and threw them in the package anyway, treating the food like trash and crushing them, as soon as we entered the store I don’t know if because we were foreigners the attendant didn't even look at our faces and insisted on being ignorant during the service. I just left the restaurant at 4:50 pm, and I came to comment here because of my outrage at the terrible service and I don't recommend it to anyone

This place is the worst Their service sucks and they always run out of lattes I was there not too long ago and I believe her name is Jessica I placed an order through the drive through and checked it before I pulled off I ordered 1 coffee light and sweet got it and it was neither so I told the gentleman of he could please make it light and sweet he took the coffee and not sure what he added to it but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and drove off had another sip and it tasted the same I came inside and politely asked for my coffee to be light and sweet he went and got Jessica so he called her and she came out with the only attitude and said do you want your money back because the coffee is light and sweet I asked her to taste it several times she refused she kept badgering me if I wanted my money back and I replied I just want a coffee that's light and sweet and she proceeds to tell the same employee to remake the coffee....... Got my coffee still not sweet but I wasn't going to argue about it any more and left never coming here again this place just disappoints and cant seem to get it together the managers suck and can't hold a proper conversation don't come here not worth the hassle

Workers are nice. They never have enough double chocolate donuts. And, they don't have chocolate frosted cake donuts at all. I only buy coffee now.
So I ordered a cookie butter cold brew at the drive thru. Once I pull off I noticed there’s no cookie crumbles inside. I went inside and had the pleasure of speaking with the most nonchalant sarcastic employee anyone could hire. ROB! I asked for the cookie crumbles and he said we’re out. So I said why didn’t anyone say that when I ordered it. It shrugs his shoulders and just stares at me. Then he says I don’t see what difference the crumbles make anyways. I said to him if I pay for something and I would like it. He said well I don’t drink coffee so I wouldn’t know. I then said it doesn’t matter if you drink it or not but you work at a coffee place. To the hiring manager: stop hiring people that don’t stand behind the product and have no passion. It looks bad. STARBUCKS would never.

Girl with glasses working here have no idea about what’s going on. She is too busy listening to music with her AirPods. She messed up our orders twice. Very rude and does not feel like she wants to be there. The door handle is broken that needs to be fixed asap. Coffee needs to be more fresh.

Omg his Dunkin here is terrible the managers there are so rude in the morning one of them has a tattoo and her left arm and I thought no family members are supposed to to work together you guys have three sisters working in the morning which they are very rude and don't know how to speak to people the rite way how do u tell a paying customer wat wat u want and then talk about the paying customers talking about they not gonna take the other cuz they can't Midwest and wat u order so they just charge u whatever they want and then get upset cuz u have to remake the order
