I’ve been here and the service is just mid. My family lives nearby so when I’m driving to see them I’ll stop. But I will never stop here again. What really gets me is that the manager refused to serve a Deaf person. She even called the cops on this person, who was being calm and was just confused why she was being discriminated against. Until you fire that manager and make a public apology, I will never step foot in a Dunkin establishment again.

This Dunkin' was really clean and had a nice selection of doughnuts. The donuts were nicely designed and tasted fresh! The ladies behind the counter were really nice!! I will go back 🥰

I am hard of hearing and wearing hearing aids, so I will be sure to go out of my way to avoid your particular store whenever I am in the area. I think it's time to invest in customer service and sensitivity training for your employees.

Aah the power of the internet! It is really sad that this coffee shop discriminates against deaf people! Way to make your entire corporation look bad! As someone who has a deaf person very near and dear to my heart, this is just sad that in 2025 this happened. I hope that the corporate folks come out and try to rectify the situation.
