We were here on vacation with our kids and stopped in for ice cream at Baskin Robins. I normally don’t write reviews but we just had such a great experience that I had to. The guy who served us was so great and made it such a fun experience for my kids. He was so patient and helpful. The ice cream was delicious and was the perfect end to our day!

Our order got completely messed up. Had to drive back to pick up 3 more items, and still those items were not made to order. Sandwich had bacon instead of sausage, and bagel instead of english muffin. And they were missing croissants and hash browns at breakfast time.

The location is fairly clean. I order a couple of Boston Creams that had almost no cream. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired but that seems to be true at most of their locations.

Went in ordered a cold brew and ice coffee the girl made the ice coffee then went to make cold brew but instead filled it with original coffee instead of doing the right thing and remaking the drink knowing you messed up you laugh about it then try and be funny acting when I asked to have it remade properly.
Ice coffee lid was leaking from the top
Munchins were good regular donuts dried out
All tables were dirty and had food and straws and supplies running low
