Sam, Bianca, and Kylie are my absolute favorites, their customer service is completely out of this universe. I’ve never been to a place and felt more welcome. I have become a regular to this establishment and their customer service is so good that they’ve memorized my order and have it waiting for me by the time I get to the register. The whole staff is completely amazing but those three are the ones that I interact the most with. Look no further for your next bagel place. The food is absolutely amazing and since I come from up north, I feel in my opinion that this is the closest thing to a northern bagel if I could give more than five stars, I definitely would keep up the great work, ladies and gentlemen.

I ordered an everything bagel with egg and bacon. It was made perfectly with the right amount of bacon and perfect toast to the bagel. 🤤 I visited in the morning and it was not busy.

Stopped by here for a quick breakfast while on vacation and the team was amazing. Brii, Lizzy, Bianca and Jasmine were awesome. A crew full of future store managers/ regional managers.

Today when I walked in the establishment I was so eager to order ive been hearing all the hype of this new breakfast spot , but boy was I surprised . I was greeted with shocked ! I think the owner hires employees for rudeness only . I don’t understand why I was greeted so awful by Samantha so the name tag says and her title was the general manager who was running the store. How can the general manager speak to customers the way she does . Very sassy very disrespectful to much eye and head bobbing movement ! We will not be returning back !!!! I think they hire employees only to mistreat the public DONT GO HERE Samantha will not uphold the company standards .!!!! Never again shall I return .!!!
