Customer service is horrible. They should remove the person in front of them. If you do not have manners and do not know how to address people, you cannot survive in the service area. They sell you patacón (one of my favorite dishes that I have eaten thousands of times) with white cheese, and she calls powdered Parmesan cheese white cheese. If you want hand cheese or any other cheese it is a separate cost. My problem is the misleading description and the attitude of the staff. I would not return and do not recommend it.
