Very unpleasant experience. I have been to all the Cilantrillo restaurants and have always had an excellent experience. The experience in the Old Town Cilantrillo was awful! We waited for almost 2 hours, our food was served cold, no communication from our server, didn’t refill our drinks and when we received our check they added the gratuity. I spoke with the manager and all she said was that she apologizes and that it was her fault that she sent our waiter to the back and set up food. She didn’t offer a discount and seemed upset when I said I am not paying for the gratuity. I will not be coming here again and I send blessings that they get their logistics straightened out because I want to support small businesses especially from my island of Puerto Rico. I am greatly disappointed.
We arrived a few minutes after their opening and were served very quickly. Our food was delicious and the presentation was great. I also found the price extremely reasonable and the portions were large enough to bring home leftovers. It was our first visit but we will certainly be returning.
Went to the New Location in Old Town, very disappointed!! The service was horrible, it took over 1hr for dinner to arrive. Waiter never came to check on us I had to approach the waiter for the status of our order. When the food came it was cold and not complete. Come on people we need to do better especially for the prices you are charging. The Tip is already added to the bill so you can't tip accordingly. I asked for a Manager, he came over said he will resolve the incomplete order and then never came back.
Went because it had good reviews. Pulled up saw a lot of cars . Thought this place is going to be great ! Think again , it’s really bad when you don’t get good rice and beans and the fried pork is dry you choke on it. My husband ordered the monfongo with seafood the seafood that was was the shrimp 4 they put in imitation octopus . That dish was $35. I do not recommend this place at all .
Very authentic Boricua food! Reminded me of home! The chuleta Khan Khan was the best we've had! arroz mamposteado and those passion fruit mojitos were the bomb-made with real passion fruit! so good! people say the drinks are expensive but the size is like two drinks in one!
My wife and I visited your Kissimmee location, today, for the first time. We purchased take out if 4 Morcilla and 4 Alcapurria. The Alcapurria was over cooked until the were all “black”. They tasted burned and they all were all burned. Then they put hot Alcapurria into a closed foam container with “lettuce”. My lettuce were wilted and hot. Who serves or eats hot lettuce? @ 4$+ each, we certainly did not get what we paid for. I took photos so not to forget what this restaurant served me as PR food. I have not yet tried the morcilla. I will submit a review after I do. I love Puerto Rican food. I will, nevertheless, not be returning to this restaurant.
Restaurant atmosphere was pleasant, service was wonderful, food was amazing and we had a great time in your location. Would love to go back and find live music along with our food. I will gladly recommend to my family and friends.
This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant and all I can say is I almost forget my manners by wanting to lick my fingers ? The food and service is amazing and will keep you coming back for more. The staff are pleasant and genuinely want you to enjoy everything. I took my daughter there for dinner last night and she said she was very pleased. I decided on the carrot cake for desert and the presentation was so beautiful and the cake delicious. Try it out, you won't be disappointed?
We were seated right away, however, the table didn't have silverware or napkins. The waitress wasn't so well waiting on us. We were a party of 4. I took my sister out for her birthday and mentioned it to the waitress.she took extremely long to come out and sing happy birthday. I had to remind another waitress about the request. The waitress brought 3 of the plates out ; my food was cold and she took awhile before bringing last one to the table. Still no silverware and we ended up asking the hostess for some. The food was mediocre and in my opinion, too pricey.
The quality of everything was very delicious I had ordered a churrasco medium well with rice and beans The churrasco was very delicious and very juicy. It had the perfect texture and the quality of the churrasco was very impressive. The beans seemed microwaved and didn't feel fresh. The liquid of the beans was heavy and dense causing it difficult to even consume. The rice was very delicious just like any typical Hispanic restaurant. The decoration of the restaurant was a bit bland but it looked clean. The restroom did have a little bit of an odor, but it wasn't as bad as some other restaurants. The restaurant was full that day causing me to have to wait an hour to be attended but it was understandable since I went during a holiday weekend. Overall, everything was good, and I definitely will be going back!

We enjoy an amazing dinner time, the food was amazing and the service was A+. If you want to enjoy authentic Puerto Rican food with a great menu and atmosphere. This is the place. I recommend the passion fruit mojito and the trifongo but everything in the menu is fantastic.
Ordered mofongo with two seafood choices. Shrimp & Lobster. I was charged $20 extra for a small lobster tail that you can buy it st Publix for $8.00. My plate was $47.00 for a Mofongo. The waitress did not have the courtesy to let the client know about the price difference for the lobster.
This place has the best food hands down. I felt like I was eating in Puerto Rico . Everything was freshly cooked and tasted delicious!! We loved everything from the appetizers to the main course.
We ordered takeout on a Saturday night and it took about an hour 15 (pickup, not delivery). Carne frita and chuleta were way overdone, arroz blanco was old, but the bistec encebollado was delicious. We also had mofongo relleno de camaron a la criolla, and it was delicious but lukewarm.
Perfect date night. Service and food was amazing... we were personally greeted by The store manager, Lisa. Jahaira was our waitress and along with Lisa with every team member we interacted with, they made sure we had a great first experience. We will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends.
