Excellent service! Everyone is very attentive, they welcome you as if you were family. Varied menu, delicious banana soup! Employees and owners are always available to help and please the customer's tastes!

Every time I come here the owner isn’t welcoming to people who aren’t the same race as her!! The menu is in Spanish , can’t even order because I don’t understand. They aren’t very helpful ! Don’t acknowledge you when you walk in the door if your African American. And I spend my money there all the time and try to be supportive because I work in the building. But today is my last day going I will not spend my money there anymore. I went today to get a lemonade and an empanada! I ordered it 20 min ago it was paid for and everything I left and came back and my stuff still wasn’t ready. Cause she didn’t care to make it. Then when I told her I would like a refund she spoke to me in full blown Spanish so I kindly told her I don’t understand that and she said I’m sorry for you. And I’m sorry that she isn’t diverse and welcoming and that she’s in the us and don’t speak any English and she’s running a business??. So is this business just for Hispanics ?? Cause I will spend my money elsewhere. Then she didn’t give me my refund she gave me the food that I no longer wanted and it taste horrible !!

Excellent! Does NOT disappoint! Delicious sandwiches, coffee, pastries and serious good PRican lunch menu. Takes me back home. Alexander and Jazmin clearly love what they do and love serving people. Warm and inviting. Like family!! Oh the bread...fresh baked delicious...

A "ticket" back to Puerto Rico, transported us back home to la panaderia de la esquina, Alexander y Jasmín make you feel like you are family. The food is excellent! A must!

This is the place you come and te das una jaltera. For the people who don't like to venture too far, some of the food is reminiscent of El Mesón in PR but they have their own sauces and style. Additionally they've brought to Orlando burrowed dishes that only if you grew up in the island you'd know.
I was lucky to get there when the quesitos came out of the oven and somehow this family makes them taste just like the did when I was a little girl. They have everything from sandwiches and empanadas to mondongo, sancocho and rice with tocino as well as the other better known staples of Puerto Rican cuisine. If they have it that day (it's a rotating menu), you can even ask for the mondongo with patitas or sin patitas (if you know, you know).
The bosses will treat you like family and the other guests will say "buen provecho" as they come in like they still do in certain parts of the island. I've lived here so long, I'd forgotten we did that. They brought me to tears.
