Everything exquisite and fresh. I loved the place, the sancocho was delicious, it was my favorite, they have a wide variety of food to choose from. It is worth going and the best thing is the affordable price has the three B's. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything very clean. Super recommended??

We’ve came into the restaurant and it was rather empty. We’re from Tampa area and we’ve decided to take my uncle for his birthday to our usual favorite joint that we love— Palacio. But today was rather. Impactful.
The place was not busy. The food was cold. The Alcapurias were hard and cold, empanadas pollo had a severe vinegar taste, plantains cold aswell and alot of fruits tasted like vinegar. All the meats were cold. We got sick when we drove home from lack of tempetures of the items.
We left in a hurry because a male employee was doing something very inappropriate. She was trying find some food items, male worker touched her hand and grab it. Pointing at certain item saying “ Fresh made “ but the touching was rather inappropriate. As she felt that his grip was rather——
Im disgusted.
I do respect all worker at this restaurant. But this would be last time we will ever go to this place.
Lack of temp control and checking items are cause of service. Please. Do better.
