$5 for Empanadillas call pastelillo blind have of the empanadillas was empty. First and last time. Why is not a question about the price. I pay $10 for one empanadilla half empty and a kola champagne. I wish this have to upload picture and I will show the world. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was crazy.

Food was absolutely delicious, the trifongo with the skirt steak and cream sauce muahz chef’s kiss, the rice mixed with plantains so different and delicious. The mango frappe OMG best ever!! Can’t wait to visit this place again when I go back to the theme parks ? thx for the great food and service.

Stepped into this place looking for an alcapurria.. I'm new to the Orlando area it was a Friday late afternoon they didn't have any and the whole place was empty so I went to another place not my style but maybe someone else's

Good food. Terrible customer service. I want to think that it is because they have no desire to work and not something related to racism, the waitresses got into a fight for not serving us. The other waitress was rude when she went to the table with an attitude as if she were giving us food and not serving the customer for whom she is paid. All my life I have worked with customer service, I was the general manager of several pharmacies and not even on my worst day did I treat someone in a derogatory manner like several waitresses did. And I come back and repeat, I don't want to think that it is racism because there was a group from their country next door and they were treated very well. Be careful with that, it looks very bad. I'm not coming back.

It is a shame how far they have come and their failure to serve the customer. Today my husband and I went with a craving for a good alcapurria and we had already gone to Primo before and it is where we had eaten the best, on several occasions some good alcapurrias. But today it is no longer like that, we are not returning, first because they gave us some alcapurrias according to the display case, COLD, when we told them, they put those same alcapurrias back in oil and they did not give them that way. That is not ethical and they really lost 2 loyal customers today, along with their family and friends. Because we will not return. I hope they take all the criticisms into consideration to improve and provide a good quality of food for which one pays.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Primo restaurant. From the moment we sat down, it was clear the service was lacking. Our waiter, Maria, only visited our table twice throughout the entire meal. We had to flag down other waiters just to get basic service.

Things went from bad to worse when I was served a beer in a glass that had bugs in it. When I pointed this out, they were reluctant to offer any discount for this unacceptable oversight.

As if that wasn't enough, they served my children hard, over-fried chicken that was inedible. When I requested the manager, also named Maria, to remove it from our bill, she refused, only offering a 30% discount despite the fact that the food was untouched and returned exactly as it was served.

To top it off, when I asked Maria for the owner's contact information, she refused to provide it. I had to ask another waiter, who informed me the owner's name is Eduardo.

This experience was truly disappointing and such a shame for a place that had such potential. I hope they can address these serious issues to prevent other customers from having a similarly poor experience.
