Bad service, I have been several times to see if customer service has improved, but they are always discouraged, they answer you as if they don't want to sell. They don't make you want to come back.

I came from Texas to Florida to eat here because it is a traditional Pepito from my homeland (Barquisimeto). The truth is, the Pepito is very delicious, the Tequeños are good, the Nestea is very good, but the attention of the cashier was horrible. I had forgotten how poorly it serves Venezuelans, which is why I gave it 2 stars. If you want good decent food go eat here and if you want to be treated badly go there too

The food was absolutely terrible. Me and my girlfriend went to go eat burgers. To start off with the guy taking my order had insane attitude and was being disreputable to me. On top of that I asked to get garlic sauce on my burger and he told me No that if i wanted that sauce i have to get it myself dip it in the little cup just to have it but it isnt the worst part. That was just one thing. He gave me insane attitude just for the burgers to be terrible. The bread of the burger was no good what so ever it tasted like bread that has been sitting for over a year. Then the actual meat or the burger and the chicken were raw and not even cooked at all. I paid a total of like $40 just to feel bad and I almost threw up the food thats how bad it was. Fries as well werenot cooked. It had absolutely horrible taste and ruined my whole day. On top that I spent $40 or my hard earned money just to almost throw up with such nasty food. I that same week ate every single day in World Food Truck I have to say every other place had amazing burgers but once it came to El Sospechoso they were so terrible. Never again will i go. I really wish they would give me a refund or any compensation. I would not sit here and leave a comment for no reason. I do it because it was actually to worst thing i ever tried. Even a mcdonald patty taste better and has better taste to it. Super terrible place and service was terrible as well. Never ever go to this place. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Food was ok at best. Not sure that $36 was worth the soggy shrimp and dry beef. Soup was nice but did not look at all as advertised. Lady up front looked annoyed that I had the nerve to place an order. After she served my soup, she went off to talk on her phone for the duration of the time I was there. The cook called out for the remaining of the order and he was nice enough. Even printed my receipt that the cashier was too busy with her call to complete upon placing my order.
