Wings were good but the pizza was not as described. Ordered a white pizza with 3 types of cheeses and there was an unknown green something added. Maybe jalapeños? Whatever it was, it’s not included in the menu description. Avoid if you have allergies, not sure what you’re going to get.

Pizza came burnt , ordered 20 mild buffalo chickens via DoorDash , they send 10 bbq 10 mild chicken. The employees seem not to care about orders

Absolutely terrible experience with them. We were staying in a hotel in Orlando for Mother’s Day weekend and ordered from bricked up pizza because they had decent reviews. I now see some of those reviews must be paid promotions or something because our experience was AWFUL! They finally delivered our pizza an HOUR LATE, after I called the shop 20 times and NEVER once did anyone pick up the phone. I had to call their “support” line through the Slice app and they had no idea what to do because they could not get ahold of the shop either. I had to call the support line 4 separate times after 20 minute intervals to keep telling them we still did not receive our food. The pizza was cold by the time they finally dropped it off, the chocolate cake was hard and disgusting the kids just threw it away. Absolutely ridiculous , we spent almost $100 on food that barely got ate , and the shop nor the customer service said they could “authorize anything for the order”. What a joke. PLEASE , especially if you are visiting the Orlando area and you are trying to get your family some dinner or lunch, look elsewhere!
