Absolutely terrible experience with them. We were staying in a hotel in Orlando for Mother’s Day weekend and ordered from bricked up pizza because they had decent reviews. I now see some of those reviews must be paid promotions or something because our experience was AWFUL! They finally delivered our pizza an HOUR LATE, after I called the shop 20 times and NEVER once did anyone pick up the phone. I had to call their “support” line through the Slice app and they had no idea what to do because they could not get ahold of the shop either. I had to call the support line 4 separate times after 20 minute intervals to keep telling them we still did not receive our food. The pizza was cold by the time they finally dropped it off, the chocolate cake was hard and disgusting the kids just threw it away. Absolutely ridiculous , we spent almost $100 on food that barely got ate , and the shop nor the customer service said they could “authorize anything for the order”. What a joke. PLEASE , especially if you are visiting the Orlando area and you are trying to get your family some dinner or lunch, look elsewhere!

Giving an honest review, ordered online through their site which goes through slice. They had a special for 3 pies, wings and garlic knots. They left out the garlic knots, but refunded it. So no harm, just slight disappointment.

Wings were good, but very small. Picture on the site doesn't give a good size reference.

Pizza was a little small for a large size ( at least from what we are used to for large. Pizza was pretty salty. We had ordered one with onions and there was maybe a small sliver of onion on each slice.

Not bad, but not good, way too salty for my family's taste

Extremely disappointing experience. They charge $50 just to have your room cleaned. Pool seating was either fully occupied or available for $35 per person, even though plenty of chairs were empty. For the cost of staying here, basic amenities like room service, room cleaning, and pool seating should be included. I would not stay here again.

Changed their name a year ago located by flea market behind the pond. If you get lost just call they will flick the light for you can be confusing but it is by food truck heaven. Best pizza my wife said she has ever had we got a large pepperoni with garlic on the crust....... 🔥 Fuego

We placed an order online for pick up. We are at a nearby hotel for a mini vacation. My daughter and I went to pick it up and were surprised it was in the food court of the flea market. Kinda off behind another building, it was dark and kinda sketch. We walked in and not much was open, I didn’t see a sign that said “New York bricked up pizza” so we had to ask where it was. Found it, the man was very nice whom worked there. From the looks of the place I didn’t have high hopes. Kinda pricey and they got my order wrong. We ordered a large meat lovers pizza and they gave us a medium but charged for large, a medium cheese pizza and wings. Total was like $43. Anyway, that was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Definitely recommend

There’s Philly cheese steak was the best I’ve had in Florida so far! There Buffalo Bone in wings are spot on because they use Franks Red hot. Just outside was difficult to locate, first directions had sent me to end of dead end dark parking lot. Went into the building had like an old roller skating food court vibe. Food was amazing. Other items in food court is Chinese buffet all you can eat for $6.99. I didn’t try that place but it would your best bet to loss 10lbs over night.

Won’t order from this place again. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but there’s better.

I asked for extra sauce. Got extra cheese instead. It was fairly quick. Took around 30 minutes from order to be delivered, 10 minutes away. Driver forgot the drink I ordered. They did refund the money but I was left without a drink.

This place deserves 6/5 stars. Food was incredible and so thoughtfully made. The service is really the most outstanding. They went above and beyond. Truly amazing.

Coming from up north and being a chef, I know good pizza—and New York Bricked Up Pizza does it right! The crust, sauce, and toppings are on point. My go-to is the Hawaiian pizza, and their lemon pepper wings are some of the best I’ve had. Plus, the staff is always polite and welcoming. If you’re craving great pizza and wings, this is the spot!
