love the subs but when tom was taking my order in the drive thru he kept interrupting me and rushing me to the point where i could barely order. i understand when places are busy it's hard to take your time but it wasn't even busy, there was one other person in drive thru. i didn't even finish my order bc i was tired of dealing with him.

The staff are incredibly friendly, making your visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. The service is quick, and the food fresh and delicious.

For me, it’s all about the Hook & Ladder sub every time—perfectly toasted bread, flavourful meats, and just the right amount of toppings. It’s a go-to that never fails to satisfy.

I received a Door Dash order for 2 meatball subs. The order was picture perfect.And tasted even better. You could tell people that prepared it, took pride in what they did. That's very rare these days Great job to everyone!!!!
