This was my first time at a First Watch and I was very impressed. We arrived at 1.40pm not realising they closed at 2.30pm. We were seated quickly by friendly staff. Our order was taken promptly and we were soon eating delicious food. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. I would happily recommend First Watch as they have a tempting menu of meals.

Our server, Kevin took our order and never returned. He did not deliver our water, we had to ask twice. On the other hand, the food runner Jose was very kind helpful, and on the ball. If Jose is not already a server, I would encourage you to promote them to such.

All the food was very delicious, the atmosphere was very comfortable. Everything very clean, open and welcoming. It was a bit full when we arrived, but they seated us quickly. The service was also fast, the Server treated us very well and was attentive to our group. Excellent place to talk and share a Brunch with friends.

Unfortunately the ball has to be dropped at some point. Honestly my favorite breakfast chain of all time, and this time, the short lived experience did not meet the qualitative expectations first watch is known for. Seated on patio area at 1:30pm and server came to check in for the first time close to 1:50pm, this server who I didn’t catch their name realized we had not been helped yet and went out his way to try to rectify the issue, which I appreciate a lot. But to wait 20 minutes for a first interaction is not typical and unusual. Next time.

Great food and near the Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa! We drove perhaps one mile or less! Delicious food and ate breakfast and a lunch there! My first time to eat at this place! I would highly recommend!

Impressed with the quality of the food considering the reasonable prices. The kids' menus were better than most. They left a carafe of hot coffee with us, which i liked. The staff was friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Crayons offered with a colorable kids menu. Good options for a fair price.

Good food! We were in town for a conference and ended up eating there every morning. Good staff, interesting menu and food is delicious. Had the pancake, waffles and french toast on different days and they were all good. The waffle was particularly good.
Madi was Excellent, we live very close to this place so we often come here for breakfast, every time is GREAT, The service the experience and everything is excellent. I really recommend if you are close to pass and enjoy the food and the great service!

Wow best service I have had in a while. My servers name was Mark. Words can not begin to describe how good and attentive he was. He was perfect at explaining the menu and all the drinks. Very polite and respectful. He was very joyful and uplifting. Overall service was one of the best I have received very happy to have come here and will definitely be returning.

They wasted my time and gas money as an Uber driver with excuses about how they were too busy to prepare their delivery orders. If you're going to offer delivery service then prioritize it so the orders are ready when the drivers get there

I love First Watch but this one is different. The food, as always is incredible. We brought our son and daughter in law to Orlando for a great trip and wanted them to experience First Watch. We knew the wait would be lengthy, so not a problem there.
After being seated and ordering the waitress was too busy. I had to get up and go ask for the host to have our waitress come back for a few things we needed, like drinks.
After we were done and about to leave I was told I needed to have my wife pay because men have a hard time figuring out how to. And she wasn't joking. If this would have been a statement to my wife about how she was too incompetent to pay, this would have been a conversation with the manager in person. There was no need for her to say that and our entire table was shocked. Just give us the ticket and walk away if you really think men in general can't figure out a simple payment system.
Bad training seems to be the culprit and we look forward to finding other First Watches where ever we travel. This one is off the list
