Shae-Lynn lacks social skills to all her tables. She displayed with her nonverbal gestures that my table was a bother vs a joy to serve us. As I watched her show happiness towards her other tables. It felt as though she disapproved of my skin tone. I asked for a certain thing and she never got the item I asked for. I had to get up and get it from another table to accommodate my needs. When I asked for something that I was certain the restaurant had she bluntly said they don’t carry it. I had to get up to ask the host if they had it and was told yes. I asked the chef or the food runner for the item when our food came out. She wasn’t attentive at all! When I had an opportunity to speak with her when she finally decided to come to our table, I let her know in the future she should check with the kitchen before just saying no to her customers. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience especially waiting 35 mins for a table. First Watch is one of my favorite restaurants and this location just didn’t meet the expectations of the others.
