I was amazed by the service and the food served. I usually don't eat in restaurants because of my food allergies. Here at First Watch, the server was courteous and they alter the menu on the fly to accommodate me. My food came as ordered and it was delicious. I have nothing wrong to say about this place. They even have food picks marked "Alergy". I kept it in remembrance of First Watch. I added a picture of my empty plate for a reason: to show how good the food was. I would recommend that place to anyone (including families with children) coming to Orlando, Florida. YOU WON'T REGRET IT.Dietary restrictions: Just ask for menu customization.Parking: In a shopping plaza.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcomed.

Seat quickly. Had good timing because shortly after there was a long wait. Food was good and served quickly. Ordered holey donuts and they didn’t come. Server was nice enough to get them for us and make sure we were not charged. Fresh squeezed juices and cocktails available.

Title: Kiara's Stellar Service Saved the DayOur recent visit to Kiara left us with mixed feelings. While the food was unfortunately served cold and left much to be desired in terms of taste, our server, Kiara, was an absolute delight. Her warm demeanor, attentiveness, and genuine care for our dining experience were the only reasons we chose to stay. Despite the disappointing culinary experience, Kiara's exceptional service shone brightly, turning what could have been a completely negative experience into a somewhat tolerable one.

Very good first watch near Disney resorts. Go early and no very crowded. Got food and drink were excellent.
My family has always loved going to First Watch. Lately we have been ordering it through Ubereats to eat it at home since it can be difficult for my son to be in loud or crowded places. The first time I ordered they gave me someone’s trash. I attached a picture of it. I ordered today and the food is burnt and such a small portion compared to what you get when you dine in. They also forgot to give us my son’s order of potatoes that he loves and only eats from there and it took so long for them to prepare our order. So disappointing we loved eating First Watch but we won’t anymore.

This location has a tremendous problem. The servers are great, the food is First Watch, but it soooooo slow. My kids and I have eaten at this particular location and scores of others many times, and this one place just can’t get you seated, can’t get the food to you. I want to post a picture right now of all the people sitting around waiting for their food, the looks on their faces, the actual hunger. It’s Maslowian, at this point. Whoever is managing this location has to get his or her act together. In particular, when it’s this slow, the person who is the manager needs to be pitching in wherever necessary, which means I should see this person moving around the restaurant, in the kitchen, somewhere. I never have. The location is in need of help.
