We had visited the Lee Vista location and loved it. This location was a disappointment. The potatoes were burnt and the pancakes hard and dry beyond butter and syrup.

First Watch on Osceola Pkwy. In Orlando, ain't no waffle house. This place serves upscale food with downscale prices. The food arrives hot and fresh this includes a pot of hot coffee left right on the table. I had their loaded farmers omelet with hash brows and wheat toast with strawberry jam and the above mentioned hot pot of coffee for less than $18 bucks!! First Watch is a well-known chain of breakfast / lunch restaurants with consistently great food, service, and atmosphere. My recent breakfast at this location was delicious. I was served with a smile! There is seating inside and out or at the bar. Highly recommended!
