The cashier was on the phone videocalling someone. He messed up my whole order from him not paying attention. When I got my food only burger was in the bag which didn't have the extra patty I asked for plus no fry he never added it to my order. The guy handing me my bag says you can get in line but huge 2 family came in from a van. So he gave me a free small fry. Even though order meduim. They need to watch the young hires on there phones. I work in a restaurant no phone should be infront of guest.

Music needs to be more upbeat . What was playing inside? The building was not upbeat enough for the environment as busy as it is for the holidays. There should be more than four people on duty. There were so many people in line waiting to place an order then there were people picking up orders.. the sanitation was being worked on, however was below par. I must commend the staff member who was bagging the food and putting the fries in the bags. As rude as some people ask questions to him he politely responded to everyone. The cashier is unknown since the hour I was there just waiting for food , no one was behind the register. The staff several times in that one hour I waited we’re going to the back room as a pair or group. I understand discussions need to happen as a team but when it is busy, everyone should be on deck working, fast preparing of food , keeping areas clean are priority . constant conversation of whatever the situation is is just slowing down the rest of the process. People want quick service, hot food and a clean area. That is the top things. A customer looks for. Politeness of the staff is good however work ethic and desire to work seemed low. The icing on the cake came when the rep said the milkshake machine is down and is causing the drinks to be watery. I asked if I can get a Coke instead since the milkshake is paid for and the response I got was “I do not know”… a simple question could not even be answered, which makes me question how much training do these four associates working at this busy time have ? Where was the supervisor the entire hour? The front was in panic trying to help the customers … completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
Yesterday I went to buy some the cashier lady was so adorable I think her name was kaira she got yelled by her manager very unprofessional very incompetent as a manager missed treated her In front of costumer and even yelled at her to clock out last time I did not said anything but now I have to say something she was a sweet heart not understanding why he was acting like that towards her I have gone couple of time there and he love to down talk the employee specially to her you could tell he have something about the girl like I said very unprofessional and incompetent as a manager not sure how he have a job she have the right to speak up she is Amazing like I said I love coming here but that manager needs to get fired have all the team as a slave and him on the phone please do something with this manager he does not deserve to be in that position he is overpowered the whole team.
Thank you Like I said service and staff are amazing but the manager yesterday last night is horrible person.
