The “Five Guys” (literally who was working when we walked in) at this location were excellent. You could tell they enjoy working together! The place was kept up by the facilities worker who was very friendly. Now, the fella working the register “knows his stuff” and you could tell he loves his job. He was very informative. I saw him greet customers and was a pleasure to be served by him. Thank you “guys” for a great experience.

The worst Five Guys location that I have ever visited! In the end, we had to leave without even placing our order. The cashier left his position alone for almost 10 minutes, and nobody was taking orders... the cashier was talking with coworkers in front of customers who were waiting and getting impatience at the order line. The location manager or supervisor was there doing nothing to guarantee a good customer experience... honestly, this is the first bad experience I have at Five Guys

Uncoordinated, hectic. Burgers stay put. I have no idea how it takes so long with so many staff. Apart from the cash register and the chip station, everyone else felt like they had no idea what to do (including the boss). We had to wait 30 minutes. We got about 400g of fries thrown into the bag and the sauce was forgotten on a burger. Never again

I enjoyed my burger and fries. The thing to know is that the fries are single fried in peanut oil. This makes them more like homemade instead if crispy. It is a but expensive but you get quality.
I visited this five guys location at night on 11/30/24, what an amazing experience. The crew were amazing, service was quick, and food was amazing. Definitely the best experience at any Five Guys!
