The cashier was on the phone videocalling someone. He messed up my whole order from him not paying attention. When I got my food only burger was in the bag which didn't have the extra patty I asked for plus no fry he never added it to my order. The guy handing me my bag says you can get in line but huge 2 family came in from a van. So he gave me a free small fry. Even though order meduim. They need to watch the young hires on there phones. I work in a restaurant no phone...
Wonderful as always. The most perfect burgers I’ve ever eaten in my burger, eating career, always an ex experience coming in here. The staff is humble, and the food comes out perfectly. Very thankful burger eater.
The “Five Guys” (literally who was working when we walked in) at this location were excellent. You could tell they enjoy working together! The place was kept up by the facilities worker who was very friendly. Now, the fella working the register “knows his stuff” and you could tell he loves his job. He was very informative. I saw him greet customers and was a pleasure to be served by him. Thank you “guys” for a great experience.
