Flip Flops Bar & Grille

Yesterday, hubby & I were looking for something different & figured we’d give Flip Flops Bar & Grille a try. We were 1 of 2 couples present.

We’d love to give an awesome review of our meal, but in 1.3 hrs, all we received was 3 glasses of sweet tea. One of the first 2 glasses had a crack in it & was leaking, so I got a replacement. The tea was watered down, after they ran out. We got up & left after waiting 53 mins for our food, a quesadilla & flat bread.

I have tried to give this a chance three times. Went there to find the Sriracha shrimp had changed now with a tasteless sauce. My burger I ordered I asked for medium, it was not and the pretzel bun was cold and half frozen or old. I asked for cheddar cheese and received white cheddar. No pickles for a burger but pickle spears? On the menu it stated it came with potato sticks and received waffle fries under cooked. I was there recently for a karaoke night. I ordered a Turkey Rachel sandwich.
When that sandwich came out it was loaded with cheese and had a 3 pieces of turkey that were in small cubes.The bread was lightly toasted. Usually the bread is grilled. I sent it back and waited a half hour for it to be remade. When it came out it had more cubed turkey that must have been in the freezer as it was ice cold. Overall the sandwich was flavorful.
