Our server has been with Flippers for over 12 years; call her Ma, short for grandma. She is awesome, humorous, and caring. The manager is Francisco and he does such a fabulous job maintaining consistency. Food is always delicious, whether served hot or cold. The kitchen staff are awesome, y'all. I was so thankful to be able to get gluten free options! Everything was so fresh and the waitress was super helpful with what things were available for creating my own delicious personal pie!! If I lived around there, I would totally come back again and again. I will have to visit them the next time I'm in Florida!!Dietary restrictions: There cauliflower crust was so tasty!! They make everything fresh so you can get what you want.

Extremely mediocre pizza. It's Orlando, so my expectations weren't high, but this way still disappointing. The crust was totally tasteless and floppy. The sauce was thin and bland. I expect much better for 30/pizza.
