I just want to rave about the amazing customer service we received from here. We had a previous issue with dining here and the staff and management went above and beyond to rectify it and ensure our next visit was amazing. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of which is a rarity now a days.

The food just wasn’t good. Everyone in our party ended up leaving something on their plate. I ordered the wings hoping to keep it simple—they were cooked fine, but just didn’t taste great. Maybe they would’ve been better extra crispy. The brisket tasted like one of those pre-packaged Jack Daniel’s meals you get at the

Our waitress was kind and attentive, but the manager was walking around, which made it feel like our waitress thought we were in a rush when we weren’t.

The location itself is cool, but overall, the food needs improvement.

Nadine was wonderful. We will definitely be back and ask for her.

The service is 10 stars +++ !!! It’s like Hooters for women - sezzzy men serving up burgers and yummm 😋!!! The food is a little over cooked but honestly you don’t care . I had the bison burger which was perfection . My friend had the patty melt that was very dry. The portions are generous - so much in fact that after eating the salad we barely touched our meal so we had enough for the next day too.

Food ok, but some came out cold and had to be reheated. Very loud. Hard to talk.

The food was great. The atmosphere- awesome. They do warn you about a 20% service fee, which is generally no problem because I usually tip at least that much. However, their service was lacking and then I heard the blame game. The restaurant was about 60% capacity and there were plenty of staff, so there was no true reason for bad service. With their service model there is a waiter and a server. The appetizer made it to the table before our soft drinks, as in already eaten a few onion rings before drinks arrived. Halfway through the meal, my soft drink was empty, and had been for a little while, so I looked for my waiter, who was at the bar and chatting up a waitress while waiting for the bartender to get to his bar order. I noted the time to be 7:15. Our server must have been on break because he was nowhere to be seen for about half an hour. At 7:18 the waiter brought the wine to the neighboring table so I asked him for refills of our drinks, he said he would put the order in. Our soft drinks were empty and we were halfway through our meal- the order should have been put in before our drinks were empty if it was good service. He put the order in and then I see him standing around talking with other waiters. He comes back to our table and says that he put the order in and the server should be bringing it out. At 7:25, I got up and sought out the manager, who then goes and gets the drinks for my table, served at 7:28. The waiter comes back to the table and says “I’m sorry, but it’s not my fault, it’s our service model”. I politely tell him I understand and place the blame on the manager (because there was no need to start a conversation with him anyhow). Yes, I was still charged the full 20% service fee and the drinks or anything else was not comped. This service was completely opposite from the Champions Gate location, where I gladly added about 10% on top of the 20% service fee.

I must say our experience tonight was far from good. We started out after a long wait full of anticipation and high hopes only to have a bad experience. We ordered 2 standard hamburger , a macaroni cheese with shredded pork, and our family ordered 3 other meals. On bringing our order out 1/2 of dinners tipped over and shattered onto the floor. No problem they cleaned it up and manager promised to make amends with 3 free meals. Offering us fries to eat while we waited on our 3 entire meals to be made. Our meals arrived we ate. The bill came charging 4 standard hamburger meals and a macaroni cheese shredded pork along with every our other family meals. They deducted $3.20 service charge. I’m seriously never going back don’t offer free replacement for your staffs accidents if your not going to take them off the check.

Average food, fair prices, BUT BEWARE they have a 20% Service Fee, ON TOP of what you want to leave for your server. It quickly turns into a very pricey visit. Our visit was 4 people, only one ordered 3 beers and our Bill with Server tip was nearly $220. YIKES!!

Very well decorated themed venue. Spacious and comfortable. Attentive attention. Normal food, there is no highlight. High prices. And as a totally unfriendly detail that I would take into account before returning, is the 20% service charge, WHICH IS NOT THE TIP/TIPS OF THE WAITER. In other words, the consumption price is between 35 and 40% more than what the menu indicates.
Very unpleasant.
