This isn't just a place to eat; it's an experience for any car lover. The 1920s service station theme is executed perfectly, from the Model T Fords hanging above the bar to the napkins that look like mechanic's shop rags.

​The Food:
The burgers here are top-tier. They are huge, juicy, and come with the Ford logo branded right onto the brioche bun, which is a great touch. The menu is massive (great mac and cheese, too!), and the craft beer selection is impressive if you're looking to unwind after a park day.

​The Details:
You have to visit the restroom—washing your hands in a sink made from a tire with a gas pump nozzle for a faucet is something you don't see every day! It’s a fun, loud, and energetic spot that serves arguably the best burger in Kissimmee.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Value.
We visited this restaurant in Kissimmee for the first time. We were seated quickly since it wasn’t very busy, which was a good start. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there.

I ordered a beer that was not cold at all. For my meal, I chose the 1/2 rack of BBQ ribs. It only came with one side, and the portion was so small that it felt more like an appetizer than a main dish. On top of that, the food arrived cold.

They also forgot my son’s order, so he had to wait while we were already eating. When I spoke to the server and explained my concerns, I was asked the same questions about my experience at least three times, which felt unnecessary and annoying. If they ask whether it’s your first time there, I would expect them to at least try to make that first experience a good one.

To finish, they automatically added a 20% service charge to the bill even though we were only three people, and then still left the option to add an extra tip. Overall, I feel the place is overpriced, the food portions are very small, and the experience was not worth it. I do not plan to return.

Disappointed with the service and long wait

I was really disappointed with my experience at Ford’s Garage. My group was one of the first to order, yet our food arrived last, even after two other tables who ordered after us were already served.

We spent $142 for 3 burgers, 1 entree and 5 alcoholic drinks, and on top of that they automatically added a 20% service charge to the bill. For that price, I expected much better service and attention.

The food itself was okay, but the long wait and service charge really left a bad impression. Not sure I’ll be returning.

They add automatic gratuity and this was made obvious by our server who treated us like we weren't going to add extra tip anyway, and seemed annoyed by his job.. other than that it was a really neat place with good vibes and food

Went to Fords tonight to get dinner. We were greeted by the hostess, it was hard to hear and understand her. All I understood about what she said is there is 20% automatically gratuity and I could add more if you like.
They sat us at our table and we waited 15 minutes before we got up to leave. Not a single staff member past the original hostess even noticed we were sitting there. They did notice the family of 8 that came In behind us.
We got up to leave and told the duty manager that we waited 15 min and did not even get asked for a drink order or told “hey I’ll be right back to take your order” nothing.
This is trash service for a place that wants to set the amount of your tip for you. Any incentive to provide service has been taken away with a guaranteed tip. We tip, and often well.
The manager offered to buy us dinner, which was kind of her, but we did not want to see how long that would take to happen.
And I refuse to give a tip to someone who hasn’t earned it, which is why we left.
Been to some other Fords and they were ok but Kissimmee has pretty much ensured we will not go back to Fords again.

The biggest nacho plate ever. Only green beans were completely RAW, but nachos, burger and salmon were excellent 👌
