I’m extremely disappointed with the Loop location. I bought a juice and while standing at the register and trying to put the straw through the cup it broke and the juice spilled on my clothes and on the floor. Although staff witnessed it they told me they couldn’t replace it. I was upset and left the establishment. My friend stayed behind and asked to pay for another one to please me and they told her she had to remake the line to order and to not forget it cannot be replaced. That is no way to treat customers!!!!

The coffee was mediocre and the service wasn't good. There was a couple of people in front of us in line and no one else there, when we got to the register the cashier told us that we had to order at the counter of the pastries and motioned to go through end of the line, which at this point was to the door. When we asked if we had to wait in the line to order coffee she gave us an attitude. How can you give an attitude to your customer that is there for the first time and doesn't know how it works there? And where do you order coffee? By the pasties where there is no coffee menu or by the register where the coffee is being made?! Anyway, we only had time for coffee and didn't have time to try the baked goods. I'm sure they are good since our family loves this place. Personally we probably won't be back to this location.

I loved it. We ordered tres leches,oreo cheese cake and a turion and it was really good,the employees were so good with us too.

I haven't been to this place in a while, the quality has gone down in every way, the empanadas full of oil, dripping. In addition to that, if you order the spicy sauce (it is no longer the same nor the
Same flavor) and they come in envelopes, which with the fat will make it difficult to open. Last time I come to this place

The birthday cake was delicious, with a fluffy texture and a smooth, well-balanced meringue. I wanted a cake like those from Venezuela and they achieved it! Thank you Dania and Andrea for your attention and pleasing us with the details we requested.

I went on Thursday, Barbara and Andrea treated us very well, they were almost closing and they still treated me very friendly, they gave me fresh empanadas and the bread was hot and very good.
