I’ve been coming here for years, even after the ownership change, but my recent visit was disappointing. A drink fell from a tray and the spill wasn’t addressed right away, which felt unsafe. When I asked about replacing it, I was first told yes, then told I’d have to pay again, and the response came off dismissive rather than helpful.
Customer service and basic courtesy matter, and situations like this should be handled with more care, especially since you never know who’s walking through the door. I hope management takes this feedback seriously
Sara was an amazing server she helped me with my drink and gave me a beautiful costumer service I will definitely come back after this amazing service

Went for espresso coffee. Not happy with it. Please get a dark roasted coffee bean similar to a black label Bustelo brand or Cafe La Llave. Empanadas was good and meaty.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Fortuna Bakery today, and unfortunately I won’t be returning.
I placed my order through their front kiosk at 11:21 AM and paid right away. My order included a sandwich, a waffle, four pandebonos, and a ham & cheese croissant. Two of these items were already prepared in the case, and only two items actually needed to be made fresh.
At 11:30, I asked how much longer it would take because I was on a tight timeline and needed to get home to my baby, who loves pandebono. I was told “five more minutes.”
By 11:38, nothing had been prepared, so I checked again and was told “five more minutes” a second time. Meanwhile, multiple customers who ordered after me were served and finished their meals. It ended up being almost 30 minutes for items that should have been quick. They then added that the waffle would take another 10 minutes.
At that point, I couldn’t wait any longer and asked for a refund. Even the refund process took several more minutes, and now I have to wait and hope it actually processes. Communication was difficult, and I eventually had to ask another customer to help translate.
What frustrated me most is that I wasn’t given an honest or accurate estimate. If I had been told the real wait time from the start, I would’ve chosen something else instead of wasting almost half an hour.
This was one of the most disorganized and disappointing bakery experiences I’ve had. I’ll be going to a different location moving forward.

I came here for the first time and definitely my last time. They are not very organized when taking orders wherever kiosk or one of the girl. Took an hour to receive pan de Bono. No accurate with the time.

It’s great for OTC service but wouldn’t recommend for future orders.
Had a cake made by them and completely disgusted by the price and expectations. My cake filling was supposed to be made off Nutella and strawberry. What I got was 10% Nutella Strawberry and rest was frosting filling. Out of pocket

While the staff was super kind, the flavor was Latin food void of any flavor or seasoning. I was super disappointed in literally every l single thing I ordered from the empanadas, guava pastries and a ham and cheese bread roll. It was so unfortunately bland.

The food is undoubtedly phenomenal, but I don’t understand how when someone chooses to go as an option, that a tiny cup with more whipped cream on top than actual drink is an appropriate vessel to take a coffee to go.
