I am 22 years old in this country between Orlando and Kissimmee and I have had 2 food trailers. A bakery, a restaurant and I know how to work with the public, a lot of people know me here in Orlando and Kissimmee, I am not a rude person, I am a person who always gives the best point of the places and I tend to really support our culture, I always tried to spend my money supporting my people.
Well this time I go to this FRANCO place recommended by my wife, she is from Maracaibo since she also tells me about it, unfortunately I did not read the review of the place because this time it was my turn, since my wife speaks so well to me about this place I didn't worry about reading before going to this site.
The first time I went to eat a hamburger they served it cold and I told the girl and they heated it up in a bain-marie obviously the hamburger is still cold I didn't return it out of shame, I go for the second time and I emphasize the box so that They serve me the hamburger very hot and they serve me the hamburger cold again and they tell me that it is cold inside the kitchen that the air conditioning is very cold, it is because the air conditioning duct points in the direction of the food and well it is an excuse from them because that's really not my problem, (DUE TO THEIR OWN FAULT) they already have a 4.1? instead of having a high 5 or 4, with only 370 comments and it's all about the same thing: cold food and bad service Towards clients, the only thing I can recommend is a GOOD MANAGER and good training so that they learn to serve their clients and provide better service. It is regrettable to leave a review in this way and even less towards my people. I regret that I cannot recommend them with Nobody, I hope they improve and that they take action on the matter so that things go much better for them and all the lucky people don't lose their luck.

I want to congratulate all that team that works simply SPECTACULAR, today I ate with my family in Franco and I literally moved to Maracaibo, the food is the same as in Maracaibo, the same flavor, the same quality. I ordered a hot dog and some tequeños, the tequeños are terrible, they don't taste like anything, the tartare is good, the dog is passable as far as possible, but they don't put sauce on the bread, very bland, just a line of tartare on the part of Upstairs, I had to ask for tomato sauce and mustard to put on it, honestly I wouldn't go again. And I don't leave the comment to destroy them but to improve it, because just like me, many people go once and don't come back.

I recently was looking for Venezuelan arepas that has grilled meats. This place did not disappoint. Way better than a lot of food truck i have had. The past 3 times I ordered I place through door dash and the food arrive promptly 20-30 min later. They have very quick service. I called after I placed an order to ask for more green sauce. They always answered and were always friendly and helpful. Yes the price is a little high than I remember paying 10 years ago, $5 compared to $15 now but they give you so much food I cannot complain. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for arepas.
While visiting Orlando, we couldn't return to Miami without stopping by. It had already been recommended to us and it certainly met expectations. Everything was very delicious.

The real food is nothing out of this world, what I thought was expensive was an arepa with a small portion of pernil and a cola thing, 16 dollars, the arepa was too small and I really didn't like the atmosphere at all.
