We looked at the reviews and decided to do this local pizzeria, instead of a chain pizza restaurant, the ordering was smooth, and the delivery was timely, but the pizza was not very good at all. We were very disappointed, especially for the price.

We saw this place on TikTok and were excited to try the Chicago deep dish. We drove 8 hours from NC and this was the first place we stopped. We go in it takes about 5 min to be seated. After being seated for 15 min no one comes. It’s not busy. Someone got sat literally one minute before us, they were greeted and brought drinks. Servers looked at us and intentionally said nothing. I thought it was a race thing, & though that could have played a part, but after reading previous comments from today clearly the servers this shift just aren’t nice.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to tell how great my service was at this Giordano's! Kiara was amazing! She went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience! I had to use the restroom after placing my order for an app and a 10 inch deep dish. Normally I come back to find a cold appetizer, but she kept my food warm, and delivered it to me upon my return. She was able to order me a special pizza, that was just a promotion during football season. She cut it exceptionally well, and set it up, so that it was so easy to access. She kept my drink full, and boxed up the rest of the pizza for me, when I was ready to depart. She was so polite when checking me out, as she always asked before she did any action, such as taking my credit card that I already had laying on the table, etc. This was the best service I have received anywhere, in a long time. It made my day! Thanks Kiara!

I had a really bad experience getting my take out food order and I have written several emails to them and never even got a response either way. Make sure you check your order, especially when you're spending over $75 and getting the WRONG food!!

Loved the deep dish with the marinara on top. It was really amazing, I do wish it had more marinara which is homemade and incredibly good. The spaghetti and meatballs were also so delicious. The price was wonderful and the waitress was really attentive and the food came out well before she said it would so it was a nice surprise. If I'm in the area, I'll visit again

I recently went to this location. I've been to the Giordano's location in Lake Buena Vista and have always had excellent service and expected the same from this location, but we were extremely dissatisfied. Instead of being attentive to customers, the Satuday afternoon staff all chose to huddle behind the to-go counter and hang out. Its very evident that they all were not in the mood to work and do not care about customer service. We had to wave at the staff to get someone to come over to provide to-go boxes and the attitude that was given was not appreciated. Not even a smile from any of the staff. The food was acceptable, but again, not as good as the Lake Buena Vista lication. I will never recommend this location and will not be back.

Cooked the pizza wrong and All they can do is say sorry not fix it or anything after I drove 45 minutes food was also cold arrived 5 minutes before we were supposed to pick up
