This place is good but I was way over hyped. If I had kids I'd take them here for pizza. The pizza is just ok, it's what pizza should be but there's nothing especially special about it. Good sauce, good cheese, ok crust.Tons of kids and large families. Very expensive drinks. Bathrooms very well kept.Cook time on the special pizzas is exactly what they told me if would be. 40 mins for Chicago deep dish.

Ordered a pizza, was told prior to ordering, that it would take 45 minutes for the pizza to be ready. Time isn’t where the issue is. An hour had passed, and the table behind us calls the waiter over and tells them they give them the wrong pizza and then began telling the waiter what all was in the pizza. We overheard the conversation. The waiter took the pizza back to the kitchen told them to reheat it, and then brought it back to our table. The other party had already touched it and put it back down. When it got to us, it was too crispy to eat. We had to cut our visit short due to the lack of attention being paid.

I recently visited Giordano's in Kissimmee and tried their deep dish pizza.While the pizza was decent and offered a nice alternative to the typical American pizzas in the area, I was disappointed with the long wait time.Despite the restaurant appearing empty, I had to wait 45 minutes for my order.It would have been appreciated if they had informed me of the waiting time before ordering rather than after I had paid.Overall, the food was okay, but the service could use some improvement in terms of communication regarding wait times.

We went to Giordano's wanting some good pizza while on vacation. The service was terrible. We ordered just one large Pepperoni and waited an hour. No one came by the table to explain or apologize. Other people who came in after us were getting their meals and the manager was stopping by their tables. For some reason we were mostly ignored. The only reason we didn't leave is because I was sick and didn't feel like waiting somewhere else. I will not visit this place again.

Walked in with no welcome, ordered my pizza and it was already a 35 min wait with an empty restaurant, I proceeded to the 7/11 down the street make a purchase come back and my pizza is still not ready. As I sit in the lobby the lady tells me, “it’ll be and additional 35 minutes” so 65 minutes for a pizza in an empty restaurant. So I got a refund that’ll take 5-10 business days. I’ll never go here again

Great ambience, great service and the #deepdishpizza was a great treat. However, you have to know and keep in mind beforehand that #deepdishpizza takes three quarters of an hour to be ready. Nevertheless, it was a great experience to eat a pizza filled with cheese like this.
