The entire staff is excellent. I like to recognize Liz, Erika and I don’t remember the girl that works at the register the blonde hair long blonde hair. All the cooks in the entire staff is excellent. Everybody is great friendly polite. even to the management staff, the management staff is very professional very friendly. Great job guys happy Thanksgiving to all and your families went to the property today for Thanksgiving. Dinner food was excellent as always.

Great spot for only $12.99 per person (lunch 2025) and good quality food. You eat as much healthy items or eat as much comfort food that you care to ingest. I highly recommend eating here.

The food was good, but the atmosphere was great! Went on Veterans Day. I haven't seen that much military in one place since I was in the service.

OMG, this place is amazing, we saw it and walked in, no queue 🤩. You pay a set price for either breakfast, lunch or dinner per person/child, drinks are extra, then help yourself to an amazing buffet. Really lovely food and I tried things I'd not eaten before. Our attendant cleared the table and refreshed the drink before we had to ask. I'd recommend and would certainly be back 😄👍

ALL The managers here are extremely rude. I once had an issue on the claw machine where it took my money, I let the manager know and her response was “what do you want me to do about it”. No apology nothing. I’ve had several unpleasant encounters with this manager & the female manager & the short Hispanic manager. There was a leak in the ceiling once and I let him know (there was no bucket) I was sitting under the dripping water falling from the celling and he just stared at me as if I was supposed to problem solve. I asked to be moved since it had fallen on my hair and food. Again no apology no sort of care. They lack everything a manager should be, professionalism, friendliness everything. They seem to hate their job.

I’ve been coming here for years and since it’s close I visit often but I think i might try Orlando’s location or celebration. On the last occasion I visited a COCKROACH 🪳ran from the sauce holders and my very attentive server who was super polite and friendly Kim let him know about the matter. I seen her speaking to him and pointing to my table. Not a single apology from his end or anything of that sort, he went about his day, I was also with my mother that day and she seen the roach run off as well. It came from under the sauce holder. Kim however was very apologetic. Today i asked for a cup for the waffles since he was already on the floor. Walking around. and he said okay and dismissed me, did not come back. I also asked for to go silverware and he signaled to the basket. Annoyed. I then said to go silverware and again in an annoyed manner he handed me it. Typical manager who’s been at the establishment a while and just loses his mannerisms. Although the cockroach incident I decided to give it another chance but after the constant treatment of this manager & the other ones it’s clear I won’t ever be back I rather take the drive than continue to deal with his nasty behavior & nasty establishment. The bathrooms are disgusting & dirty every single time. All though some employees are extremely kind and should be at management not these people who make you feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. The young girl at the front, Nancy, Kim, Oliver, yousef. People who are smiling and transmit good energy. These kind of people should be at the from representing this restaurant. Not the bitter managers currently working there. I’ve never asked for a refund or anything of that nature, I just keep visiting and spending money here in hopes one day it won’t be the same rude energy, but it’s always that rude energy and a unwelcoming feeling but again that’s my fault and I will never come to this place again !! BE WARE OF THE COCKROACHES AND RUDE MANAGERS & DIRTY BATHROOMS.

Many businesses need a manager like Dominic — someone who truly pays attention to what is happening in the company. I was about to leave because a dish that is normally served wasn’t available at that moment. He noticed, was extremely attentive and polite, asked the kitchen to prepare the dish for me, and even brought it to my table.

I am here today to leave a positive review, not a negative one. Most people only comment when something goes wrong, but I couldn’t leave without acknowledging the excellent work he did. Dominic is truly outstanding — he is an exceptional manager.
