New red Hook fish sandwiches pretty good in a cooked it fresh and they substituted the bun because I can't have seeds without charging me so I think they did a good job. Pleasant employees.
I personally cannot stress how good a burger this is. I waited years to eat in one of these after the Kissimmee one closed many years ago. Once I found out about this is, I make it a point to deal with Poinciana Traffic just to eat there.
The food is so tasty. The biscuits are fluffy and melt in your mouth. Everything is so fresh and, although it's a fast food restaurant, it's not "junk food/ fast food" tasting. It tastes like something I'd imagine coming out of someone's southern grandmother's kitchen. The staff is so friendly and always seem to genuinely care that you get good food and have a nice experience. Places like this are very rare, especially in our area! I don't...
