Purchased a cake for my son’s birthday for $40 and it tuned out to be a basic white Betty Cracker cake with mermelada and 4 strawberry’s on top. Not worth $40.

My family and I went for breakfast to celebrate mom’s birthday. The cafe and bathrooms were very clean! Breakfast was inspired by Colombian and Venezuelan cultures. Very delicious! Coffee and service was excellent! We received great attention from the owners who were very kind people.

We come to this place every year for their Christmas dish. Hallacas were ok (a little cold), asado was decent, pan de jamon lacked flavor and dough was thick, ensalada d gallina had TOO MUCH mayonnaise and lacked ingredients. It was a Saturday... place was packed with kids that were noisy and very loud, no adult supervision. Register was slow, with a long line. It is sad that Dolce’s quality has declined.

We went there two times for breakfast. The team and the food are very good with an excellent service and high quality Venezuelan food: cachitos, empanadas de cazón, cachapa de queso y jamón, jugos de frutas. Thank you Mr Ramon for keeping such a nice place.

For some reason, when you ask Google on your phone about this restaurant, it says that it is an Italian bakery. Not at all. It is a Latin bakery, but more of a sandwich shop. We had the classic Cuban sandwich and it was good. The bread was a typical sub roll and not the Cuban bread that is light and crispy. I also wish it was a little more moist, it was pretty dry. The portion, however, was very generous. It was equal to about a 12" sub.

My husband and I stopped by for some coffee and pastries and fell in love with Dolce. The ambiance is really good - energy and how darling it is inside. Their coffees are incredible. I had a cappuccino (they have almond milk!) and my husband a delicious hot mocha. Their pastries are divine - I had their chocolate croissant and my husband a fantastic chocolate donut. It is the staff that make this so very special. Everyone is so kind and friendly and make you feel so welcome. Miladi (forgive me if I spelled this wrong) waited on us and she is an angel - beautiful inside and out. We can’t wait to return next time we are in town. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
