Hershey’s Ice Cream at Westgate

Service is ABSOLUTELY horrible. They do not care for their customers. We were there tonight at 7:58 and they refused to serve us saying they close at 8:00. I understand we were close to their closing time but their number one priority should be customer service and it CLEARY is not. In addition there was another family that entered at the same time and they were refused service as well.

Fun little ice cream spot. Only thing lacking is the more already mixed in "add ons" within the ice cream but otherwise good spot. Cesar was nice and deserves a red bull.

Went with my family and it was horrible, they were out of Strawberry cheesecake, Vanilla, midnight caramel river and cookies and Cream. They also were out of wip Cream and brownies for the brownies Sunday. My family paid 7 dallars for scoops and we're not able to get what we want we were disappointed.

Stopped by around 8:50pm and waited in line, by the time we got to the counter and wanted milkshakes the server said they are not making them. Very disappointing as my family wanted milkshakes and figured it was a convenient place to stop since we're staying at the Westgate resort. We ended up driving to Baskin robins.

I really wanted a banana split. I called the location to verify they sold banana splits. The employee put me on hold to "confirm", she said yes they do, I drove 12 minutes each way, only to get there and then be told that they don't sell banana splits!

I called back the number we previously called to inform them and they didn't even care.

Got a milkshake and it was disgusting. Don't know how you mess up a milkshake, but they did. It was all milk with some chocolate syrup. Disgusting. Oh, and no toppings. Disgusting.

This was my families second time staying here in the 3 bedroom unit. The bed was wonderful and the unit was very big. The rooms were clean as well as the pool and hot tub right outside our back patio. The customer service was superb, anyone i spoke to was polite and helpful.

We have been trying to end our timeshare agreement with Westgate for quite some time now. However, all we have received in return are empty threats of foreclosure and absolutely no action on their part. Despite being fully aware of the medical and financial hardships that my family and I are facing, Westgate continues to add to our stress levels, which is only bound to make our health condition worse. It is infuriating to see how little regard Westgate has for their customers. They don't seem to care about the people they have trapped in their timeshare agreements. All they care about is making money by any means necessary, even if it means running over their customers and putting their health at risk. We strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Westgate to run as far away as possible. They are not to be trusted and will only bring more trouble than it's worth. We hope that this review serves as a wake up call for Westgate to start treating their customers with the respect they deserve and ends these timeshare agreements once and for all.

Not a huge selection of flavors; they had none of my favorites. One member wanted a sundae but they didn't have any hot fudge. Disappointed.

Stopped in for an ice cream. The employees were great and the price was great. Ice cream was a touch on the soft side so had to eat it fast. Flavor was good and nice selection to choose from

Location is decent for the Disney area.. rooms are a bate and switch with what they show online and what you end up with and the property claims to not have control bc they just fill reservations. Their corporate shakes their head and says they don't understand how it could happen and send you back to the hotel.. features.. restaurant's parts of everything are randomly broken and not communicated. They will text you 10 times to go do something or buy something but communicate something to help coordinate your stay .. not a chance. Pretty sure 75% of their staff speak no semblance of English .. which who cares unless you are in public facing service industry- you should be able to at least say hello or respond when someone says as much to you.. STAY AWAY.. better place's available

Lovely range of flavours to choose from. Delicious ice cream.
