Got a milkshake and it was disgusting. Don't know how you mess up a milkshake, but they did. It was all milk with some chocolate syrup. Disgusting. Oh, and no toppings. Disgusting.

This was my families second time staying here in the 3 bedroom unit. The bed was wonderful and the unit was very big. The rooms were clean as well as the pool and hot tub right outside our back patio. The customer service was superb, anyone i spoke to was polite and helpful.

We have been trying to end our timeshare agreement with Westgate for quite some time now. However, all we have received in return are empty threats of foreclosure and absolutely no action on their part. Despite being fully aware of the medical and financial hardships that my family and I are facing, Westgate continues to add to our stress levels, which is only bound to make our health condition worse. It is infuriating to see how little regard Westgate has for their customers. They don't seem to care about the people they have trapped in their timeshare agreements. All they care about is making money by any means necessary, even if it means running over their customers and putting their health at risk. We strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Westgate to run as far away as possible. They are not to be trusted and will only bring more trouble than it's worth. We hope that this review serves as a wake up call for Westgate to start treating their customers with the respect they deserve and ends these timeshare agreements once and for all.

Not a huge selection of flavors; they had none of my favorites. One member wanted a sundae but they didn't have any hot fudge. Disappointed.

Stopped in for an ice cream. The employees were great and the price was great. Ice cream was a touch on the soft side so had to eat it fast. Flavor was good and nice selection to choose from

Location is decent for the Disney area.. rooms are a bate and switch with what they show online and what you end up with and the property claims to not have control bc they just fill reservations. Their corporate shakes their head and says they don't understand how it could happen and send you back to the hotel.. features.. restaurant's parts of everything are randomly broken and not communicated. They will text you 10 times to go do something or buy something but communicate something to help coordinate your stay .. not a chance. Pretty sure 75% of their staff speak no semblance of English .. which who cares unless you are in public facing service industry- you should be able to at least say hello or respond when someone says as much to you.. STAY AWAY.. better place's available

The Resort is oriented for families. Pools were well maintained. Staff were always helpful, and safety was top priority at the resort. Restaurants were very nice. Especially the Italian. The service was beyond our expectation.
Loved the ice cream! But it was inside an arcade room it was kinda filthy, sticky tables and floors.

Today August 16, 2023 around 6 to 7pm my 3 yr old ordered a new ice cream that I thought she should taste beforehand since she had never ordered it. There was no type of empathy by the employee Cesar who indicated an absolute NO to a 3 yr old. Seriously?? I understand there can be protocols but I found it so rude and non empathetic to not let my child taste the ice cream beforehand. He said it was owners orders when I asked. She ordered another ice cream that I ended throwing out because she didn't like it. What horrible customer service!! Terrible representation of the company. In this aspect not child or family friendly.

Wife and went to Orlando to meet our Daughter and son inlaw and rest of the family for our grandson's birthday party so we booked a room at Westgate town center for the weekend It was a very nice resort we signed up to do a tour saturday morning 8/19/2023 9:30 Am the tour agent that was assign to us was very rude and unprofessional after we showed no interest in buying a timeshare at this time he left us sitting at a table for an hour until we started ask for a manager and other nice agents showed us the manager to report him to .Westgate this guy is bad for you company hands down cant remember his name but he was from Columbia .People be aware of when you do tours at these resorts about timeshares this guy was down right nasty my wife left there with a severe Migraine and had to lay down am still very angry about this agent.as for me Suffering from Military Ptsd that was not a good predicament me to be in my Daughter told me she was glad I kept my cool with this agent,
