Charged a 18% gratuity without notice after waiting approximately 42 minutes for sub par food. Then told by management we should have expected a long wait when the restaurant was not nearly at capacity, and the the gratuity policy changed today but its no where in writing on the receipt or posted in the building. Unacceptable, no remedy even attempted took my money and made excuses!

We love Breezes! Friendliest bartenders and servers around. Janet is super awesome and very efficient. Friendly and funny too!We always enjoy the wings and the fish tacos. Fun place to hang out.

Great atmosphere. The food is good, the servers polite. The indoor area is very clean. The dining room is out of sight from the main area and it's great for breakfast. It's never crowded for breakfast.

Great islandy pool bar with good food. The servers are great, but seems they are a bit disorganized with waitline management /seating customers. We encountered longer than necessary waits for a table even while tables were clearly not in use for long periods while waiting.

Had breakfast there and everything was amazing. We went back for dinner and had Christina as our server. She seemed annoyed. She didn’t tell us her name just walked over with waters and said are you ready. We ordered a few appetizers and said we would keep one menu incase we wanted to order anything else and she didn’t speak grabbed the menus and walked away.we decided to move inside since it was chilly she was again annoyed about that. I let the manager know and she continued to serve us which was fine. She smiled once throughout the experience. My husband asked about the soup of the day she explained it was her favorite. We Loved the Corn Chowder soup but Christina didn’t come back to ask us how we liked it. It took her over 10 minutes to come back to us to give us boxes. The make manager grabbed plates but didn’t ask if we needed boxes or if we were okay. She dropped the check off after we paid and said have a good night with no smile and walked away. The female manager never came back to us to check on the rest of our experience. I am a Restaurant Manager myself as well as an owner and this was the worse experience ever!
