Did the Halloween character dining and the kids loved it. Food was good and we saw all the characters. Kids had a fab time.

Place was a zoo. People everywhere. My booth seat was all tore and ripped. Food was decent. But your at a glorified old country buffet that cost 300 dollars to eat at. Just because some people are in costumes and spend 20 seconds with your kids. Total rip off. There are better options. I repeat don’t waste your time and money.

THE FOOD WAS GOOD, BUT THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE AT OUR TABLE OF 10 TO EAT THE MAC & CHEESE GOT FOOD POISONING. THEY WERE SICK WITHIN THE ONE WITH STOMACH CRAMPS, NAUSEA, AND DIARRHEA, THAT LASTED FROM SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 28TH 2024 UNTIL YESTERDAY OCTOBER 1, 2024. THAT LITERALLY SPOILED THE REST OF THE DAY FOR EVERYONE!

My family had dinner at Hollywood and Vines on 9/19 and it was the best atmosphere! Our waitress was great, the characters and their helpers were so much fun! The food was delicious! This will always be a stop on our Disney World trips! 💜

My daughter had a blast getting pictures, getting autographs and interacting with the characters during the duration of our meal. It was so worth the money. The food was great and had lots of variety. Worth it to meet characters quickly, be in the ac, get plenty of delicious foods and drinks and use the restroom! The atmosphere was great and the characters do an amazing job at playing their parts.

Long wait outside even with reservation. It's an all you can eat buffet with the Disney characters inside. It's very expensive but the food is ok, they only have paper straws(#TeamTrees and #TeamSeas) and they have a area of the restaurant that has food that kids are more likely to enjoy. Over all a very good restaurant. Would come back again
Vegetarian options: Everything with a leaf symbol next to it is vegetarian. At least 10 options
Dietary restrictions: They say they will do their best to remake any food you want that makes it ok for your dietary restrictions.
Kid-friendliness: They have a section of the buffet table that is lowered so that kids can reach it. The food is more kid friendly and provides things such as tater tots, Mac n cheese, and chicken strips, etc.
Amazing experience, the food flavors are so good, the experience of eating with the characters is unique. My grandson took a lot of pictures with the dining experience. I recommended not only for the characters but also because the food is very good.

I've dined at this restaurant many times before and have always had excellent to exceptional experiences. Tonight, unfortunately, we did not. Patrick was our server and we came in to celebrate our son's birthday. Upon greeting us, we felt very rushed by our server. They didn't ask if we had allergies, if we had celebrations, or even if we'd dined there before. They rattled off the included drink selection and asked for drink orders. I had barely sat and hadn't even looked at the cocktail menu yet. I ordered a water and let them know I'd order a bar drink in a moment. We had to flag them down halfway through the meal to get my drink order in, before I could even tell them that my husband wanted to order a drink, they were gone. My husband had to flag Patrick down again just to order his drink. I don't know if we were pre-judged or what happened but out of my 10 years of being a passholder and 4 years recently serving in Disney Springs, that was the worst experience I've ever encountered and paid 457 dollars for. I have also never left a servers tip at 18% because it goes against server code. Our daughter never got a refill on her soda, they just took her glass and never brought a new one. They barely showed up and when they did, they were there for a moment and completely uninterested in even offering minimal service. Everything else was great, food, characters and hosts but the server did not like us. I just hope this finds the manager and the server can be retrained on judging a large family. We didn't leave a mess, stayed for 45 minutes-1hr, and we were extremely kind. I've never felt so dismissed going into a dining experience where someone knows someone is spending good money, especially a party of 8.
